Can we get a list of all hats available to be made into costumes from Alora? I havn't been able to find one.

How come we can't get the costume Polar Bear hat from the quest? It takes a ridiculously long time to farm the christmas cookies, and getting it to +8 is gonna be hard, not to mention expensive if you're using safe certs.

Will be added to Alora with the next maintenance, who will take in +8 polar bear caps and exchange them for costume hats which will have an exp bonus attached to it. Players will be able to turn in additional dropped cookies and such to get additional hats for upgrading.

If it is the christmas cookies, I hope they either up the drop rate of them from the racoons, or make it an okay rate for upgrading.
