KO_HAPPOKUNAI
Target: Self
AoE Size: Levels 1 - 4: 9x9. Level 5: 11x11. Splash Type
Damage Formula Type: Weapon / Fixed
Number of Hits: 1
Element: Equipped Kunai
Max Level: 5
Range: N/A
Required SP: 10 + 2 * Skill LV
Fixed Cast: 0 Seconds
Variable Cast: 0 Seconds
Cooldown: 0 Seconds
Aftercast: 0.5 Seconds
Duration: N/A
Extra Info: Deals Ranged Damage
Damage Formula In +: (3 * ( Kunai ATK + Weapon Attack + Regular Attack Damage )) * (Skill Level Used + 5) / 5
Note: Regular Attack Damage is the full damage your base attack would do to a monster. For example, if I have a
base attack of 100, my regular attack damage would be 200. If I had 150, it would be 300.
Note 2: Damage is dealed in 1 hit and equipped kunai affects the element of the damage. Requires a kunai to be equipt and have
at least 8 kunai's of the one thats equipt. Does not ignore DEF even tho damage is not in a form of percentage.
Damage is very likely ranged. you gotta think about how your throwing kunai's at enemys all around you which isnt really a melee attack.
This skill in general appears to be a upgraded version of the throw kunai skill.
I have 130 + 357 Attack so at Skill Level 5
(3 * ( 30 + 357 + 260 )) * (5 + 5) / 5
(3 * (647)) * (10) / 5
1941 * 2
3882 * (Element Bonus (2.00)
7764
7764 damage over an 11x11 area seems to be a reasonable amount of AoE Damage.
I'm only a Ninja so I didn't include the +100% Atk from Earth Charms.
12,084 damage with Earth Charms. This is pure Calculation not tested.

Can it miss? As in, do you need good HIT or is it like skills like Arm Cannon which cannot miss?

The downside is it consumes 16 weight (8 kunai) per use, and is locked into Fire/Earth/Water/Wind/Poison.

I would say I've seen it in action and it acts similar to Throw Kunai with the ability to not miss.

Do ranged % mods affect it?
Extra Info: Deals Ranged Damage so yes it would. I would suggest a high attack weapon like over upgraded Grimtooth or Huuma Blaze Shuriken.
Edit: Grimtooth can be enchanted with Malangdo Enchantments so Grimtooth Expert Archer 4 Expert Archer 4 would be your best choice.

So is Kunai Explosion better? It has a smaller AoE, but I feel like its better to use since you don't need to carry as many kunais as Kunai Splash requires :x.
Exploding Kunai
KO_BAKURETSU
Target: Ground
AoE Size: 3x3 Splash
Damage Formula Type: Weapon / Percentage
Number of Hits: 1
Element: Forced Neutral
Max Level: 5
Range: 6 + Skill LV
Required SP: 4 + Skill LV
Fixed Cast: 0 Seconds
Variable Cast: 0.6 + 0.4 * Skill LV Seconds
Cooldown: 3 Seconds
Aftercast: 1 Seconds
Duration: N/A
Damage Formula In %: (Skill Level Used * (50 + DEX / 4)) * Throwing Training Level Learned * 0.4 *
Caster's Base Level / 120 + 10 * Caster's Job Level
Note: Skill requires 1 explosive kunai in the inventory. Doesent have to be equipt. Skill does splash damage even
tho its a ground placed AoE. It deals 1 hit and MIGHT be forced neutral which makes sense since it consumes 1
explosive kunai and is not affected by the currently equipped kunai.
(ATK) [(Skill Level Used * (50 + DEX / 4)) * Throwing Training Level Learned * 0.4 * Caster's Base Level / 120 + 10 * Caster's Job Level ]%
(130 +357) [(5 * (50 + 50 / 4)) * 10 * 0.4 * 100 / 120 + 10 * 10 ]%
(260 +357) [(5 * 25) * 4 * 0.8 + 100 ]%
(260 +357) [500 ]%
(617) [500 ]%
3,085
This skill is weak at lower levels better used at higher levels, but other than that yes it is more powerful than Kunai Splash

Hm, so should I go Kunai Splash till 120, and then go Kunai Explosion? And damn lol I have like 6 dex so no wonder level 1 is so terrible xD! I think I should just go Kunai Splash for now :x
I would suggest Kunai Explosion at level 140+ It should be possible to one shot Scarabas with the correct set up.

Kunai Explosion is Forced Neutral so the Kunai property doesn't actually effect the damage.

KUNAI SPLASH IS A MELEE SKILL!!
It hits players in Pneuma and misses on Safety Wall... (edit: this was tested in Sakray, so I don't know if they botched their own skill on the live servers)

It is not entirely forced neutral. It functions like cart cannon in that it still takes on element but misses on ghosts. It takes on any elemental endow you have, including any endow from having 10 charms out.Kunai Explosion is Forced Neutral so the Kunai property doesn't actually effect the damage.

It's confirmed that Kunai Splash is considered Melee range after a series of tests in pvp. It bypassed Pneuma and was blocked by Safety Walls, regardless of how far you stood from your target(s).
Kunai Explosion is indeed ranged. It can also be interrupted when the caster gets hit, assuming they don't have near instacast.

I tested the Kunai Splash on Imps, using fire Kunai and Water Charms...Has anyone confirmed that the elemental Charms are even affecting Kunai Splash damage in the first place?

Missed every shot in Sakray with at least 100 DEX... maybe I screwed up my charm count?
EDIT: Then again, I read before, on the translated notes of kRO information that these skills are supposed to be forced Kunai element. Not sure what's the truth in all of that or if that was a mistranslation or if kRO actually did fix the bugs in their server...

Woops was clicking Reply and gave you a +1, but it takes over Kunai Element. That's why its popular to use Fire Kunai + Earth Charms on Earth Property monsters.

Unless, again, I really did something really wrong in my testing...
