So essentialy isilla would only reduce the remaining cast time by 50%. That's still not half bad, even though it's not instant cast.
Not half bad, but still 25% bad. You'd still need a phen with 25% variable cast remaining - which causes you to have 37.5% cast remaining. You want enough cast reduction that you can get away without a phen.
Also, Isilla procs by a chance. So when it wasn't active (most of the time), this set would be more than half bad (62.5% specifically, again due to the damned phen).

Since it is Ninja -GEAR-, may I ask what enchants are available for daggers and huumas?
I don't know what enchants you can get on the new daggers/huumas (the ones enchantable in ninja guild) - you should try it and post what you get!
Of course, many daggers that ninjas can equip can be enchanted in Malangdo, and the malangdo enchants are probably better than the new-ninja-gear enchants.

The enchant might be special (Like the Special AGI enchants for example). 100k is cheap (for most of us) though. At least cheaper than paying 50m for a dagger.

Presumably they do, but nobody who can read korean has found that information and translated it. I don't know if anyone who can read korean has looked.Our Korean overlords don't have that info, since they've had Kagerous for over an year already?
If I understand Facekiller right, the armor can get 2x +10 MDEF?
In the tests I mentioned above (~100 enchant attempts), I never saw +10 mdef out of ~60 attempts at +0 and 30ish with +7 gear. It might just be rare - but I wouldn't trust that it is possible simply because of that post. Facekiller says a lot of things that don't quite match reality - I mean, I hope he's right, +10 mdef enchant would be nice, but I'd want to see some corroborating evidence

I am not getting any DEF or MDEF enchants either.
I was able to get 2x STR+2 on my +8 Special Ninja Suit. This is the best for me so i'll stick to it.

bout to test at +9 todayhmm... +5 is a pretty low bar. Strange that they bothered to have a dependence on upgrade rate (0/62 attempts got +stat at +0, 8/33 got +stat at +7), if you only needed +5 to get it.
Still wonder if there are other better enchants available at higher upgrade rates...

If what I'm reading is right... Anyone thinks that Over-refining might open crazy options? IE: +11 Mika has a chance to get +5 INT.

It's possible, but I surely don't have the money to try and do that.

Seems like you could make a Special Ninja Suit with +2 AGI +2 AGI and when the armor was refined +12 it would grant a total of +9 AGI. That's not too bad for a DPS build (daggers auto attack)

Wolf Armguard - bugged, doesn't enchant.
Special Ninja Suit:
At +0:
Slot 1: 3, 6, 9, or 12 def or 2, 4, 6, or 8 mdef. Obviously, the crappy enchants were more common.
Slot 2: 3, 6, 9, or 12 def or 2, 4, 6, or 8 mdef. Def seems similar to slot 1, but mdef enchants seem better - more 8's and very few 2's.
At +5: Def/Mdef/+1 stat
At +7:
Slot 1: 3, 6, 9, or 12 def or 2, 4, 6, or 8 mdef, Luk +1, Vit +1, Str +1 (maybe +1 any stat)
Slot 2: 3, 6, 9, or 12 def or 2, 4, 6, or 8 mdef, Dex +1, Int +1, Agi +1 (maybe +1 any stat)
At +8:
+1~+2 any stat, no def/mdef enchants.
Keep posting results for higher refine rates. Someone's gonna have to take the plunge and try it with +10~12. I think we're all hoping for the same thing for high refine enchants ;-)

Newly improved ninja shoes which took into consideration the opinions of skilled ninjas. Lighter and durability of the textile is better than before.
AGI +1.
- For every 3 upgrades, AGI +1
