+1If this doesn't convince Gravity that they need a 24/7 I.T. presence, then they're either stupid, or blind, or both. No offense to the person that eloquently explained the server problems, but I fear that this may go beyond that...a hack job maybe?

Actually, all the monsters are where they should be. When you warp to a map on a different server (Payon, for example) and see monsters (banshees), that's because you are actually on a different map (cursed monastery in this case).
What happens is that your client gets the new map information from the old map server. This information is supposed to be relayed to the new map server via your session key and the backend server, but since the backend server is currently broken (hence the "rollbacks"), the new map server doesn't get the right info and you end up on a different map on the same server.
Examples:
prontera -> job_cru
fields outside of prontera -> new_zone01
aldebaran -> alde_alche
geffen -> gef_fild02
izlude -> guild_vs2
morocc -> ama_dun01
sec_pri -> cave
I don't really think that is what's going on... I went to Niff for lulz, saw a Lady Tanee and some Abbey mobs, when I tried to teleport I ended up in Abbey seeing bunch of MvPs; Dark Lord, 2x Samurai, Ifrit, Valk, etc etc. According to your point I should only see 1 type of monster/s that don't belong on a map...
EDIT:
Also saw Ktullanux and Thanatos, and these guys don't spawn on a map without completing a quest. There's pretty much more than 1 of EVERY single MvP

how does a company that makes a profit from players let problems like this happen, and of course all the other bugs/mistakes that they let happen

This. And I know it's an old argument already, but where did they say that the 100% vip was a promo? It's not like every user will read the site for how much % the vip really offers. And that "promo" went on like forever, then after the merge it's just "oops, here's the real vip for you." For me it's a shortcoming in their part. (Or well, explain it to me if you think otherwise.)
