And before open the server, delete people mailboxes, people were dupping items (without losing them after relog), else this will become a witch hunter quest.

Honestly its not hard... Fix the server then just let everyone play. If you noticed, when you would log out you would be back to a certain spot with all your zeny/gear. The game was saving nothing really. If they were smart about this they just turn it back on and everything would be the same. But since they are going to be cautious, we will probably be back to right after WoE I assume, meaning goodbye to a great ET run.... I will not be buying WPE for a while if this happens.

By the looks of it I'd say that the Emperiums DID spawn, but most likely on some random map instead inside the castle.
