What someones unhappy with gambling for higher level gear?

Whats the rate for RWC pendants? I just spend 20 resets and have yet to see a spell 3 ANYWHERE, I ran into 2x spell2, and 3x spell1 and must have had more than 15 of them being Matk 1% or 2% (including free first enchants).... did gravity ever release the chances for different enchantments or are they hidden in secrecy like everything else?
so available enchants are spell1, spell2, spell3, matk 1%, matk 2% and the latter 2 has like 75% chance or something? or did i just have bad luck?

Possible Enchants - RWC 2012 Pendant
Slot [0] - STR 1~3, AGI 1~3, VIT 1~3, INT 1~3, DEX 1~3, or LUK 1~3
Slot [1] - STR 1~3, AGI 1~3, VIT 1~3, INT 1~3, DEX 1~3, or LUK 1~3
Slot [2] - Matk 1~3% or Spell 1~3
Slot [3] - Matk 1~3% or Spell 1~3

Took me $100 in WPE to get both my Chambered RWC 2012 Pendants to Int +2, Spell 3, Spell 3. Enchanting is based on your luck and isn't always cheap.

You just had bad luck. I had good luck up until my final +3 dex enchant, which cost quite a bit.

I got spell3 on two RWC pendants on the free rolls haha. The other two spell3 cost me ~50$

This is actually true. I get better results when doing it slowly rather than button smashing lol.

upgrade is all about luck...

Bought 40 enrich elu yesterday and couldn't even make 1 +9... then later on, bought 1 of those 50 enrich boxes thing and got another WoE set to +9 (muffler, robe, shoes) and still got like 26+ leftovers from that only box I bought...

When you gamble for high upgrade gear, you always have to think in the worst possible scenario and make arrangements for it... so you won't get surprised even if you fail, since it was in your error range.

it's like flipping a coin. from 10 tries you might get all head or all tail but after a lot of tries the results are close to 50:50. for me rather than just flipping it all day it's better to just get an ice cream from that coin.

I find risking all my +9 level 4 weapons at the same times works well for me. Not always, but usually if I have enough at +9, at least one of them will make it to +10. I just don't know which one.

Yah... it's all about your luck... if there's a nerf in rates or not, that's beyond me... but I can tell for sure that it hasn't been like that just yet... at least for the that is.
