Currently have 150m, i like to try out new builds and new characters so i tend to create a lot of them. Are there any general sets that may assist me in lving them up?
Was thinking of Promethean crown but apparently the +10%exp is expired.

I was going to suggest bloodied shackle ball as I use it in leveling up my characters. Some person in Animosity just gifted it to me one day. I just barely check ragial to see the price on the item.............holy crap.

The RWC Memory Mace is pretty amazing for leveling low level characters, assuming you can get it to +9. All that attack in the hands of a non-3rd class is pretty devastating. Most of the time you're just one or two-shotting monsters until the 40's with melee attacks.

^ Agree. RWC memory knife is like the best item in the game for rapidly creating new characters.

Not sure what you've got already but...

+9 Carat Turkey Hat/+9 Carat RWH
Incubus mid/Ungoliant mid/BDM/Fish in mouth (30+)
WCP (for hit)/4LC (luk helps a lot of things)/Pirate Dagger (atk)/Donut in mouth (HP)/CD (dps, 20+)
Succubus armor/Pupa armor
+9 RWC weaponry/+10 quad Andre level 1 weaponry
+9 Hodremlin Immune Shield/Race carded Guards/Thief Bug Egg shield
+9 Raydric HBP (+9 Immune Valk for trans)
+9 Firelock shoes/Alarm shoes/+12 Bangungot Boots Bayani (maybe firelock)
appropriate RWC accessory + Marine Sphere Clip

With this kind of gear, I go from novice grounds straight to orc warriors because I'm a jexp-_- (thus the ungo glasses/pupa armor). But the basic idea is that you have the skills to kill, HP to mob, and SP to mag break spam. RWH for sustainability once leveling isn't fast enough to keep your SP full. :>

Cheapo(ish) set:

+9 Carat RWH (what with the Van helm release and recent RWH flood)
Sunglasses (I guess)
WCP (they're less than 10M each now...)
Pupa Adventurer Suit
+10 Quad Andre MG/Mace
Thief Bug Egg Guard/Race resist Guards
+9 Raydric HBP (ideally. If not, a Muffler or Hood would suffice...)/Bapho Jr garment/Whisper garment/Roween garment if you can't get anything better
+9 Alarm/Sohee Shoes
Marine Sphere Clip + Ring of Wise King

Rather less stressful on your wallet, the most expensive pieces are the carat rwh and ray hbp (which is out of the 150M price range, but if you happen to have a +0 and just up it yourself... If not, try one of the alternatives listed). Ring of the Ancient Wise King is a quest reward that's usable at level 1 on anyone but a novice that grants 50 HP and 20 SP. Nothing's really affordable for mid gear so I went for blind resist /swt available in a NPC shop in Alberta. WCP for hit.

.....Only have 150 M in total, cannot afford these all!
Im planning to create two alchemists (1 for potion 1 for battle), 1 sorcerer and 1 RG, therefore i bought the RWC mace, which seems to work on most of these. What other affordable gears shall i buy? i have 140M left. (happened to made some more zeny)

if you can find a polar bear cap costume, I think it is also giving exp bump. Some other cheap gear with decent bonuses are :
- slotted undershirt[1] + slotted pantie[1] - it give +5agi + 10 flee.
* good cards for undershirt = raydric, orc baby , other damage reduction
* good cards for pantie[1] = pupua (+800 hp), succubus (+1000HP),
- good headgear (if you can afford it get the new Vangard hat) otherwise look for a cheap rideword hat.

the good thing about undershirt + pantie it is wearable by novices on up.

There isn't a more useful garment for lower level characters? Except for the greed, I'd imagine that the hbp isn't all that helpful until you're in the level ranges where your stats start qualifying for the hbp bonuses.

Earth deleter armor of some kind is amazing for physical melee characters. Either when using traps (hunter/rogue) or mobbing with something (knight, stalker [bowling bash]).

They're like less than 1mil too, and you can put it in virtually any armor you want.

The Incubus pet is a good alternative to the Rideword Hat if you're looking for an SP leech effect. It gives you an extra 5% SP, is far cheaper, and also procs more than the Rideword Hat for SP. You just need to be careful about it from running away. xD

Just make one character and make it good. Not 3 at a time. 150m is pretty good for a new player it will last you till like level 120.

Um, the incubus pet sounds good. Can pet switch owners? i.e. When i finish lving up one char, can i pack the pet back to the egg, give it to another char, and let it help the other char?

Yes. The Loyalty also switches over. You don't need the Incubus Pet to be Loyal to get its effects though.

Backpack and immune shield are very good as you can be lvl 1 and anyone can wear them while still vein very good at high lvls., a rudolf at those lvls would be good as well for healing and I have seen them as low as 50-60 mil now if your lucky

I recommend to get the Rudolf or Witch Pumpkin Hat+Alarm Mask combo before anything else if you don't have one yet. This gears is good to have if your planning to make alot of characters so you don't have to keep buying slims or those super heavy white pots >.>

Yeap, I'd go with Witch Pumpkin Hat & Alarm Mask first. Also get something to boost movement speed. You can either use Pecopeco Hairband to switch headgears around or use a Bloody Axe. If you're VIP, a water armour, a wind weapon + CD are awesome for Overlook.

I'd suggest getting Cat Hand Gloves. Useful stats, useable at level 1 by any job, slotted, cheap and easily obtainable:

For a low level weapon, aside from the RWC ones (they're really good), might I also suggest the Cat Club?

do you have the RWC ring/pendant to go with the mace ? that would be the best combo you can get. Bluewind's advice is great as well. the Cat Hand stuff is crazy cheap for what it gives
