I attempted to update my beta client and i keep getting the: "ERROR_CALLBACK: Patch fail" at 50% followed by "Failed Patch Binding" There a fix for this or should i just download and install the new client?

Uninstalling and re-installing may be difficult since i had to install the game a certain way. (using windows 8)

if your net is good just download thew new client. i don't re call getting this bug and i'm patching now.

RO2 doesn't like Ramdisks, just an FYI.

Hmm I figured I'd go ahead and register my second game account so it's ready for launch, but apparently I can't because I've "exceeded the number of accounts allowed"? Are we only allowed 1 account so far?

In response to the fellow talking about "RAMDISK", i don't have/use it.

Reminds me of a fellow that asked me where i was from, when i told him he seemed shocked that i was from the US, i found out later that i was playing the SEA version of RO2.

The question he posed was "are you using a vpn" i didn't even know what a vpn was so i had to look it up.

I dont claim to know everything about computers, networking etc, i know enough to fix most of my problems.

I had to install the game a certain way because the MSI installer wasn't working properly with my OS.

But i am also debating testing a theory about the patch. I'll post the results if it works, thanks for the responses regardless!

I was already downloading the new client, it installed the normal way and is done updating, so i'm good to go, but the problem with the old client still bothers me. Also i believe its Pacific as far as time zone is concerned.

ever since the launce client was available, everyday I find myself patching, keep em' coming, more patch = more fixes and tweaks = less bugs.

- Alot new more voice overs for player characters (added monk, priest, etc...) MAGNUUUUUUUUS EXORCISMUS / ARCHANGEL, DESCEND ON TO THIS WORLD.
> Female voice 5 gangster paradise is fixed (dubbed to english)
- Added red turtoise mount.
- Minor animation motion keystep timing changes for male/female pc, nothing you should concern yourself about, you won't notice anything new

no problems here when patching. Was a bit slower but that might be due to the size of this patch then anything else.
