It will be at most 1:45 hours til it is back up (that is if it is 4 hours total length) but might be sooner, we can only hope.

Might also be up later than that if they have to extend the maintenance window. *Gasp*

In SEA RO2, there was once a time when a maintenance was delayed for like 7 hours.

Seems rather disingenuous to tell us come back in a hour in game, 2 hours on the launcher and then not at least update us when it will be online seeing as both those time frames have passed. I think its better to not set expectations when you do not really know. Original forum post said 4 hours. Late or not, if you cant deliver don't tell us something different. Basic courtesy, especially to your paying customers. Also, considering the majority of cash shop items are time based, you should let us know. Otherwise good service so far.

OKe FRIST of all maint is not ment to be 4hours if uread facebook this was 5hours a go posted but in game they say 9pm about 2hours a go so???????they dont update us or anything.

was starting at 7, then starting at 8, said they'd be back up by 9, so by starting at 8 it'd be back up by 10... right? that'd make sense?

I'm just glad I don't need to rely on a game to get me through the day.
The thought of just sitting in front of the computer waiting seems......sad!!

Guys, just hope for the best that the server will be up soon.
I can assure you that I am as excited and eager to level as much as you are,
But there's no point rushing or blaming the tech team for being so slow; I am pretty sure that they are trying their very best to complete the maintenance.

Bear in mind that RO2 NA is only less than a week old, give them some time to improve. :p_hi:

Some people actually like the game and well...WP doesn't deliver their initial say much.

Agreed. I want to play as much as the rest of you, but if maintenance means better gaming experience then I'm okay with it. Personally there are some bugs I'd like to see worked on.

i just made a petition so they change the maintenance times to 8:00 am pdt so we dont have to deal with this kind of mess ever again please go to the suggestion forum and support it if you want it to happen

We can't do anything, we are not in the tech team, we don't know what troubles they are facing at the moment.
Just give them some time.

^ this Also, I cant believe ppl QQ that hard bout a maint that happens once a week for a few hours - like they don't have anything else they could be doing lol. But then ppl over in Flyff hadn't had a maint in MONTHS becuz the company sold and switched hands, and now they have no support staff, no one to handle customer service tickets, and no maints or updates and none in the known future far as my friend last updated me lols. You think those ppl would be happy then, but no now they are QQing FOR maint lol Ppl r never happy when its not instant gratification, and then often become bored and complacent when they get it. Tehee ~ Anywho, I was expecting it to be down 4 hours anyways ( similar to RO1 maint times ), especially since this is a brand new server on a brand new game. I can only hope instability during the rest of the days will ease up now that they've had time to poke around :)
