Is it normal for you to no longer be able to re-enter the instance after killing the dragon?

Yeah, can't re-enter the instance after killing the dragon.

Instance was fixed to not allow entry after the dragon is dead - this was done to prevent an exploit that could be used to repeatedly kill the dragon. Unfortunately it makes farming a bit more annoying.
