and how the neck u kill someone with max 400cd ( and no say a word about healers, thats another history )
As someone who has 814hlt, with 2 14* Stella Earrings, 149k hp in PVP, and 26k def, I have to say anyone with an element elga weapon can cut through my HP/Def in a matter of seconds. (and that's with the current 400% CD cap). Health is good but elements > Hlt at any point.

Element damage makes health go down in record time regardless of defensive values. I can max nearly 180k PvP hp and a element boosted Invoker can still down me in 1-2 catches.

only because elements are broken beyond belief on invokers and summoners. To everyone else 180k skill takes a bit to burn through.

the problem is invokers unreal dps with super armor and the annoying deathbuffs.
will the serpent have different modes normal/rare/hero/legendary?

As most of you know, Galaxia Pt. 2(Electric Boogaloo) is set for it's final date of next Monday.
Expect to see Patch notes before that time comes.

- New Equipment (Proper naming, sets, individual bonuses.)
- Other Trade-In options from Galaxia Lobby NPC
- Level 85 Cap
- Level 81-85 BSQ
- Level 81-90 Professions.
- Level 81-90 Element socket trade-ins
- New Achievements to Journal
So an extremely big patch.

They just need to change a single variable for that. That's like 5 seconds of typing -- 3 if you're me. =P
I don't really care about BGM that much since my speaker's usually off, but I have to say that the ominous Galaxia theme playing in PotW is not appropriate for a town which players go to when they just want to chillax.

That's all we know for now from just one livestream of the 6 dungeons. Also Legend Mode is certainly going to have some challenge.

What about the changes on the SEA Server?
Do the NA Server get the same? I found some differences e.g. regarding skill changes, like stumblebum decreasing evade instead of aim and Auras getting a buff...

The following Zodiac Dungeons has been added to the game:
- Legendary Mode has been added to the Zodiac Dungeons for Level 80 and above
Items
- Zodiac Necklace can be obtained from Virgo Dungeon (F6)
- Star Sign Golden Dust has been added to Space Bandit in the Zodiac Dungeons
- Level 8 Zodiac Skill Cards has been added to Legendary Mode of the Zodiac Dungeons
- New Zodiac Skill Cards are available from the new Zodiac Dungeons (Taurus / Cancer / Virgo / Scorpio / Hydra)
- New item combinations have been added to NPC Crete
- New Astral Guardian equipment set is now available! These items has higher stats bonus than those of the Black Dragon Lord set! (10% increase for Normal set / 20% increase for Rare set / 30% increase for Hero set)
- Level 8 items (Socket Cards etc.) are now available for Level 81 and above characters.
Achievements
The following Achievements have been added to the game:
- Star Sign Rookie (STR +15, INT +15). Obtained by defeating Serpent once.
- Star Sign Veteran (STR +20, INT +20, Movement Speed +5%). Obtained by defeating Serpent 10 times
- Star Sign Expert (STR +25, INT+25, VIT+25, AGI +25, Movement Speed +10%, ATK Speed +10%, Casting Speed +10%). Obtained by defeating Serpent 20 times.

Knight
Spin It Bear!: A cast time of 0.8 seconds has been added to the skill
Broom Jab: The skill now shares cooldown with Cross Cut
Paladin
Cross Cut: The skill now shares cooldown with Broom Jab
Shield Strike: The Stun Rate of the skill has been reduced as follows
Barricade: This skill is now NOT usable in PVP
Recovery Aura : An additional effect of Max HP Increase has been added to the skill as follows
Offensive Aura: The effect of the skill has been changed as follows
Defensive Blessing: The pre-requisite skill has been changed from Recovery Aura to Aura Initiation. This skill is now an Aura type skill and the effects are as follows
Sacred Protection: The range effect of the skill has been doubled

I'd like to say something but i won't instead i'll say this, if that's the same thing we're getting balance/bug fix wise then Gravity's just proven once again they do not really give damn about balance/bug fixes and will half ass everything they can when it comes to it.
edit: On the bright side I'm absolutely thrilled about the new PvE content
