Activate the Seal of Wind, increasing your haste rate 20%. When using Cold Both there is a 30% probability of inflicting twice the damage with the 2nd Thunder skill on an enemy while they are in a Frozen state. Only one Seal may be activated at a time.
First, there's the typo, should say Cold Bolt, says Cold Both instead. Second, it doesn't do 2x damage on the 2nd thunder skill (what ever that would even mean), the next 2 thunder skills you use after it procs deal 2x damage, and the enemy doesn't need to be in a frozen state for it to work (frozen state also causes thunder skills to deal 2x damage, but has nothing to do with this skill).

Activate the Seal of Water, decreasing damage recieved by 2% while recovering 1% HP and SP for 10 sec. Only one Seal may be activated at a time.
It should say something like "recovering 1% HP and SP every 10 sec." not "for 10 sec." as the current text is misleading as to how the skill works.

Activate Seal of Earth, increasing all healing effects by 20% as well as activates the Power of the Seal for 6 sec. to recover HP equivalent to 20% Magic power when applied as a critical hit. Only one seal may be activated at a time.
Should say "Activate the Seal of Earth" and the text describing what happens on a critical heal is a bit unclear, perhaps reword it so that it's more easily understood.

Effect increases when Healing skill applies as Critical Hit by 340% exceeding 95% of Accurate Hit.
The text of this skill makes very little sense, I finally did figure out what it does, but no thanks to anything in the game. The way the skill works is to increase the amount of a heal, when it crits, by 340% of your hit rate minus 95%. So for example, you have a 97% hit rate, your heal crits, this skill will increase the amount it healed for by 2% of 340% of the amount it healed. Its a very confusing mechanic to begin with and the current skill description is no where near good enough to explain what the skill does.

Summon a water spirit to increase max. HP of all Party and Attack Squad members by 4% for 10 sec. and recover HP equivalent to 26% Magic Power every 2 sec. Critical will not apply for relevant skill.
Change the last part, "Critical will not apply for relevant skill." to something like "This skill cannot apply as a critical hit." as the current text doesn't make a lot of sense even though its meaning is clear enough.

Explode the currently applied seal effect to obtain a new effect.
- Seal of Water: Recover 10% of your total HP and SP for 10 sec.
- Seal of Fire: Increase Magic Power 4% for 20 sec.
- Seal of Wind: Increase Haste Rate 3% for 20 sec.
The description for the effect of exploding Seal of Water is unclear. It should say "Recover X% of your total HP every X sec for X sec." or "Recover X% of your total HP over X sec."

Harmonize with Shadow Fiend to increase attack power and movement speed by 30%. Deactivates if used one more time.
Should be "Harmonize with a Shadow Fiend" and I suggest changing "Deactivates if used one more time." to "Deactivates if used again."

When a skill that consumes Aura is used, the skill to consume the next Aura has a 5% probability but provides an effect equivalent to consuming 3 Auras.
Should say "When a skill that consumes Aura is used, the skill to consume the Aura has a 5% probability to not consume any Aura, but provide an effect equivalent to consuming 3 Auras."

Cast the power of the Aura to a target and recover HP equivalent to Attack Power 2% per overlapped Aura.
Should be changed to something like "Cast the power of your Aura at a target and recover HP equivalent to 2% of your attack power per Aura consumed."

Continuously attack the enemy inflict 36% damage and consume all Beast Power up to the maximum 50 to inflict additional damage of 0.7% for each Beast power.
Should say something like "Continuously attack the enemy to inflict 36% damage and consume all Beast Power, up to a maximum of 50, to inflict an additional 0.7% damage for each Beast Power consumed."

Create a Shock Wave on the surface to knockdown and inflict 10% damage to a max. 10 surrounding enemies, Stunning them for 3 sec.
Should say something like "Create a shock wave on the surface to knockdown a max. 10 surrounding enemies for 3 sec." because the skill doesn't actually do any damage, or stun the enemy, it just knocks them down, which while basically the same effect as a stunned enemy stun and knock down are 2 different effects.

Strike down the enemy to inflict 10% damage of causing the Bleeding effect that will inflict an additional 10% damage every 2 sec. for 20 sec.
Should be something like "Strike down the enemy to inflict 10% damage and cause Bleeding to inflict an additional 10% damage every 2 sec. for 20 sec."

Summon a meteor from the sky to inflict 42% damage to a max. 10 enemies within the targeted area. This skill is most effective when used on more than 3 enemies, however, the damage is reduced when used on more than 6 enemies.
Should say "Summon meteors from the sky" since it summons multiple meteors, not just one.

Consume 1 combo point to recover 12% HP every 2 sec. Duration increases by 2 sec. for every additional combo point consumed.
Should probably say something like "Consume all combo points to recover 12% of your total HP every 2 sec. The effect lasts 2 sec. for each combo point consumed."

Flip into the air and knockdown the enemy with a kick. The duration of this effect continues for 1 sec. for each combo point consumed.
Should probably change "The duration of this effect continues for 1 sec." to "This effect lasts 1 sec." as it sounds kind of weird the way its worded now.

Continously attack a target while dancing around the enemy to inflict 84% damage.
Continously is not the correct spelling, it should say continuously, and I suggest rewording it to "Continuously attack while dancing around the enemy to inflict 84% damage."
