I actually kind of miss this game. Has pvp changed any or is it still block/evade everything and you're the best?

Still the same, we're supposed to get a patch with some changes...eventually!

Where you been? Nowadays the only PF I get to PvP is Seth and he's obsessed with claw.

Yeah, we'll be getting some aim/evade/block/CR changes at some point, most other servers have already had some sort of changes applied (guessing they're using the others as test cases before deciding what changes to make here).

Even w/o the changes though, elements more or less rules the game now. Not even evade/block can really stand up to element attacks for long.

Ah I see, I don't even know what the elements thing is lol I only joined one emporia one week. I do recall dying really fast though. I thought you and I were the only ones who really built cr other than the free cr ninjas get from all that agi and their lethal strike passive so that will be interesting. Oh and do you know what exactly they're changing or are we still in the dark?

Well,

• Evade gets a max 50% chance to dodge attacks. Which actually means combined with a confirmed Aim socket multiplication that evade/aim will lean towards a 1:1 ratio.
• Block rate changes to two new stats; A chance to block and how much damage is reduced when you block successfully.
• As I mentioned, Aim sockets were seen in other servers to be multiplied by 4 to counter evade.

And yes I still play. I've improved however

Even though I totally respect the way you guys play pvp, cause that is just what the server has grown to,
I really find it a shame that it has stopped you guys from seeing the full potential of your class.
People got stuck in using the same easy catches and combo's over and over while they dont know how to use (or just choose not to use them) harder ones (the power of suprise does better than you'd think). Also using all skills is more fun, but thats just my opinion ^^

With all respect, but if one of the best sentinels in the server doesnt know how to fill up his shootdown cooldown... (shooting random arrows in midair).

A motivation to try it might be:
Before I actually started pvping, I used to be a bsq ninja. My gameplay was based on easy skills.
When actually moved to pvp as a myrm, i took really long to get pretty good.
However, after 30 pvp games as harlequin ppl already started saying I was a top 3 harlequin... (nr1 hq is waaaay out of my league though )

Up to you guys to try it or not. I would love to give out some tricks to make your gameplay more versatile, but its entirely up to you to trust a stranger in this ^^

And on that note, the OP has officially trolled us with this thread. I knew it was trollbait right from the start. Therefore, I win. Where's my reward? I want gum. I don't want the kind wrapped in foil though. Those usually have the taste of metal stuck on them. Maybe Bazooka Joe's would be fine. That kind loses its chewiness after a while, but that'll do for now.
