they just get cursed and its an WoW Story, not an RO Story....

I don't know why people are so bound to ragnarok 1.... This isn't ragnarok 1, it's based off it sure, but theres no resemblance whatsoever E.G No Snipers No Creators.., the armour barely resembles the original RO1 counterparts, this is just based off lore, everything else is history, 300 years passed. and so on, Sure you may look at it for memorabilia, but there is absolutely no resemblance, the RO1 developers didn't create this game another team did, the shadow fiend is literally "Darkness" Incarnate fused into the body of an assassin during job change, and the person fused with it as Raidius said.

cuz your Assassins dont exist in Ragnarok^^

they exist in Assassins Creed, maybe WoW but they are not the same like in Ragnarok Online

i dont know if u played RO 1 since release, but i do and i know the Assassins in Ro 1 are Assassins and no imba evoluted werewolf/eagly/ugly/zombie Assassin


80% from the RO 1 Players know Play RO 2 and 20-30% of them are playing Assassin

know u should just feel like they feel

they started RO2, started as thief cuz they wanted that nice looking SinX cuz they played it on RO1

and know ure an Assassin, aftera hour of playing, u skill Shadow Form and just think "yeah, more dmg, more movement speed"

you activated it

and u puke cuz u see how u have to play everyone day, with these ugly dog/wolv/zombie/spider whateverform




u just have to understand that the first ragnarok online just a chatting game was who player could chat together
and after a few time RO changed to a MMORPG

the most people who are playing RO 1 are Casuals (or named "Kawaii Ribbon") they just want that there Character look good (mostly womans^^)
but there are also normal Players they want to see his Character (Equip, etc.)

Why should i am as Warrior able to use Custom Equip and Assassins dont?

im playing Ragnarok Online a long time ago, and i hope to see the REAL ASSASSINS not a Twilight Werewolf, olo

Everyone is expecting a RO1 copy, this is just blatantly saddening, because even though RO2 has memorabilia, it's 300 years after, so it's a HUGE flip over on the coin. you can't expect everything to pertain To RO1, Sure i dislike the unicorn wolf, but i don't want this game to become a 3D copy of RO1 altogether, in lore there needs to be changes for the good fact, otherwise your just copying the original altogether, this game was built upon the future, not the past.

did play ro1 since 2004 with breaks in between, i know what you mean by assassin not being the same because shadow form, but because was based on ro1 doesnt mean ro2 cant have different things. i agree that the form should have been better, hoping the change we getting for it its more attractive for the unsatisfied players, yeah its a matter of taste that shouldnt be forced in everyone
still shadow form will be there

always loved playing assassin/sinx/gx on ro1 but just because shadow form its ugly wont stop me from enjoying ro2 assassin

And even if it exists as an old concept, the concept of parasitation/possession only showing off through some eura, eye color change or just a personality change is much more abundant and wouldn't cause so many problems.
Also, this shadow fiend story crumbles on its feet. It's supposed to be a thing that has happened to just one person, just a rare occurence. But that special snowflake illusion vanishes as soon as you see every other assassin sharing your super-special unique destiny.

No need to blame players for this though. Nobody asked for this. Nobody asked for bears either. Gravity just had a bunch of ideas and concepts, some of them very good, but ultimately threw them out in favor of imitating a more popular MMo in a completely incompetent way thinking that would attract more attention and success.

ALL CLASSES got his usually outfit to RO 1

but u dont want that the Assassin get his RO 1 outfit cuz it shouldnt be a RO 1 Copy?

The Assassin is the ONLY CLASS who cant get his style cuz he have to move into this ugly form
