Indeed... Besides, every game it is bounded to have problems in the begining, keep in mind that we only have like almost 3 months since the game was released. Also, we're testing the WoE here at the same time that it is still developed in Korea, this was bound to happen, not in the same scale of breaking the game in many many features, but it was bound to happen.

 

Anyways, I must say, Zanbee and Njoror are doing a great job in the damage control department after this 3rd impact of bugs. Great job, WarpPortal CMs and GMs!

Instead of shoving every class into what i believe is the swordsman starter zone what about adding some new towns and have all quest chains lead to prontera? Throw random map zones in like RO 1 in between major cities and the game instantly has a more sandbox feeling. I know theres more content but the question is why isnt it here? Add PK channel, light and dark system, noels, those card esk runes(stun,curse, w/e else) its endless the amount of good that could be done.

 

I'm not talking about endgame, there is no endgame it's basically we are keeping busy while all bugs are being figured out until what exactly? IT MAKES NO SENSE.

I know a lot of you find it easy to blame the dev team, but please know that they are working extremely hard to get the fixes done. I know a few of them didn't even go home until 3 or 4 am last week trying to get in last minute fixes for the patch. 

 

Please remember, discouraging comments = discouraged staff. Encouraging comments= motivated staff. What kind of comments do you think are more effective in this sense?

 

Who you want them to blame?  Their neighbours? And it seems they work harder on the KafraShop content.

 

Don't get me wrong, I loved RO1 and I'm sticking in RO2 until it dies (which with what I have seen, it would prob happen soon) but I'm not giving any real money to a game that until now hasn't showed me a serious work regarding game development.

If it's kRO, I can't hold any expectations. I just have to hope they'll pull through. They've been giving this far more attention than what I've seen compared to RO1.

The current Kafra Shop items have already been made, and only just need to be implemented. Very little work is needed for that, if any. 

 

Items that we have requested to be made, take a much longer time. I know some of the Kafra items we have formally requested will make a number of you very happy.

All I can say is I love the style lol. Kinda lame some may think but I kinda think that's one reason I'm still here. And because of what the game has potential for. Woot! we survived the WoE patch and after we hit that rockbottom theres nowhere else to go but up!

 

I made this thread as both a thank you similar to what @Saralee made to the CM's who were not only responsive but very patient and understanding, but also to encourage all the members here to realize that we've survived through one of the toughest most buggiest patches ever introduced and here we are! New players in the future will be coming in and lets hope players who left will return too, because although this game was never RO1 to begin with, its a game I've grown to cherish!

 

Despite the lags and slow content output, i've learnt to enjoy the game by talking to strangers, making new friends, helping newer players in random wolf caves or izlude and just plain out have FUN! we didn't start playing the game to be stressed out on petty details and bugs, we started playing because we wanted to be entertained and getting there, doesn't always mean having the best gears or biggest guild... getting there is by having memories of doing silly stuffs with your guildies and friends

 

Sooo... please please without further ado, have faith in the game because even I who was on the edge of leaving, had a change of heart after remembering all the things i've been through... That moment when you first completed wolves cave, that first blue equipment or the rush you feel when the colo was fair and an all out chaotic FFA ensues.... Remember those times, because the game is only as good as the players and the community that plays it!

we are not out of the woodworks yet, there are still alot of things to be fixed and you never know when another (14day spree of unable to play the game) will happen

Oh so you dont see the linear conveyor belt that is the level quest system that mindlessly pushes you across a predetermined route all the way to 50?

You cant hear the casino chimes as you loot monsters?

You dont notice the flash crits that place players in a gambling state for guess what?

 

The entire purpose of this game is to produce 50s as fast as possible to get to show them to the kafra shop. "Sir would you like to take a gander at our pompous kafra shop" HMM HMM " We have all the finest wares for a man of your...stature" DERP DERP.

 

 

I leveled as fast as possible to 50 and it almost killed me(mental breakdown) i told myself i would not play this game anymore when i reached 50, but guess what? I'm here, im still here and im hooked. Not on the kafra shop but im hooked on the game, thank fking master blaster for that at least. At 50 at least you have options of what to do but getting to 50 is an indoctrination into a cult and once you are here theres no way out.

I like RO2. It just needs more content that caters to the hardcore audience. It's tailor made for casual gamers.

RO1 has low low lower EXP rates and getting to 99/70 was a pain in the butt so there was a community before level cap. My first WoE was around level 92 NT yet i would never step into WoE here without Full Colo lvl 50 cap, period. Also how can you say it's the same when maps on RO 2 all portal in a straight line to some destination and then the world stops, the world is a line now?

What im saying is RO2 has far too little personal choices even for an international beta. So what i will do now? Go raid some dungeons and hope for more choices so i can have it my way in the future, thats if the game lasts another week. toodles.

People who know me well should understand that I've been bashing kRO for ages now. It's nothing new. They just really need to pick up the pace and get their priorities straight if they want to keep their company going.

 

You probably haven't seen what the WoE scene is heading towards on RO1 at its current pace to be saying that it isn't like what RO2's planned WoE are.
