I'm hoping the majority of them have 100 unique members. The more people the better and hopefully some of those guilds will participate in WoE when the test phase is over

we dont know yet. as for removing players i'd wait for Zanbee or Nor to give us the ok

and as for new members getting capes im guessing thats a big nope as for they were not in the guild when the GM's scanned your guild there for only the people in your guild at that time will get capes, this is only a guess im not 100% sure

Because I'm curious and like to break these kinds of things down, 96 guilds made the deadline according to the list. So they're going to have to make that many unique capes. Although for the most part it will be a paste job to skin them and a few minor adjustments here and there. Still quite the undertaking for the team responsible for meshing them all and making them fit properly in-game without too much loss on the resizing.

Barely anything needs to be changed. Either make half-life a smaller AOE or just have it as a single targer skill, and reduce the price of siege weapons by half. That, or put it as 1 rupy and have a limit for each one. Aside from that everything is fine. WoE is way more balanced than people think it is. They just don't know cause they've never tried it and are only listening to people who went in, died, and got frustrated, never bothering to learn the mechanics of it.
