2036 is banned due to botting

i think 2020 was a "temp" ban (reversible via talking with support about it) for suspected glitch/third party program abuse or something, but 2020 meant unproven and reversible

u're not the one banned for no apparent reason

bans to "investigate" an account are stupid as hell. there is no reason the ppl in question (the banned ones) shouldnt be told WHY they are banned when it happens

I got this problem too couple of weeks ago, they banned you for using or associating with IP address that used 3rd party program, and for my case, i'm innocent and the problem solved in 3 days i think.  Just send a ticket, and wait, if they asking you for further information just reply them politely with a reasonable truth explanation, oh and don't send multiple ticket regarding your issue, as this will extend the investigating progress ^^

Or altnertively you can be like... not stupid and realize you're not the only one waiting in line for an answer. I was not aware that warp portal support was made of a billion people that can answer your question at every single second of the day.

In the past, there was 2012 (perma ban) and 2020 (potentially temp ban) - but since it actually became 2012, I think they're just giving everyone 2020 bans.

Usually that place is used for Bots.  Are you using bot program, or similar 3rd party program recently ?

If you used it and the GM catch you, then nobody can help it out.   FYI they can track your IP address, so even you botting with another account, all your related accounts will be banned too.

The only way to contact a GM is through the Support ticket system. None of the GMs are on the forums.

do you have a Customer Support account?

Please make sure to copy the ticket number after you submitted a ticket. And a copy of ticket you sent should be somewhere in your email you used when filling the ticket form.
