I must say I'm impressed.  From playing in the past two weeks I've seen so many bots that I assume 50%+ of the population is composed of bots.  I was led to the conclusion that GMs do nothing about bots anymore.  It's good to know GMs are still around.

Thx for replies.I registered support.warpportal and sent my appeal ticket. But i re-log and cannot view the ticket, so i sent another one to support yestersday. So i need to pm GM then? Besides Campitor or Oda, any other GM i can PM? or only solution now is to wait?

When you log into your Support account, there should be a button that says View Tickets. From there, you can view all the tickets you've submitted and reply to any that are still labeled as Open.

Damn it! It is happening to me now. I was playing and just suddenly got banned. I did nothing wrong I suppose.

There are loads of bots but They chose to ban me while I was playing.

i was informed my accounts is PERMANENTLY BLOCKED. So beware guys and goodbye RO!

Please note, a suspension does not mean you are suspended for third party program use only. Purchasing zeny is also a suspendable offense.

I've been banned too. Until 2067. Two days ago I sent two tickets. One about the ban and another for a missing char. I got a reply about my missing char almost instantly but nothing about my banned account.

At least tell me why was I banned. It's hard to figure out what did you do to deserve it when you're playing legit :<

I was looking forward to go to ET for the first time with that char too :/

Lol my alt account was banned too.

I was too *insert word here* to do anything about it but I might as well see this investigated

Same my account just got banned also and it shows the same thing for me when i try to login anyone know anything about it?

Me and my real life friend (and his friend and his friend friends...so go on) accounts are banned. It's not really a big worry since those are new made account to do the classic seal pushing.

Maybe because we named all the characters the same name except at end of each name contain a difrent digit from 1 all the way to 70. (to keep better track for seal quests)

We made it 2 nights ago and made all the characters as novices.

When we wanted to level them yesterday after we gather 140ea fencers scrolls from the lucky socks...they were all banned except 9 characters

I haven't even do any seal pushing with that account. Just normal grinding and partying.

 

I would accept it if, first of all, I receive an e-mail regarding the matter. Second, the reason is justified.

My newmade accounts got banned and my IP is blocked right now I know I make a lot of accounts in a week but thats freaking annoying.

and btw bot are using Hide IP software and infinite-email software to create accounts. ur just penalizing real players there.
