This doesn't make any sense. I seriously doubt RO was hacked, & it wouldn't be again, since they never have been before.

 

There have been DDOS attacks in the past which are completely different. This is done worldwide often. If RO was hacked then it would have been down a whole lot longer then it was.

 

I'm just glad things stayed connected last night without any problems.

 

BTW the GM's even sent an in game message, saying they were working on ISP issues, yesterday.

 

by an attack i meant another DDOS. hack was the wrong word i used there but regardless the process of the two are the same.

 

Also in game they did announced that the issue was ISP but the real issue was that it was a DDOS.(I pmed a GM and got real answer on that :v )

if youre going to make eggs buyable via NPCs then make well baked cookies and piece of cake Buyable too.... the Named Rudolph Santa hat has good healing abilities but the items need to heal are even harder to come across than eggs from the turkey hat

This brings up the lack of regular dungeons, and maps, being used by regular people. Got to Toy Factory, and kill the Cookie monsters. The red ones drop the cookies at about 22%, and the green ones at 15%. Myst Case drops the cake at 12%, or you could go to Moscovia, and kill Baba Yaga for cakes at 22.5%. Either way, it gets some attention given to the lonely fields. But that being said, it is more a place to go level a low leveled character. And by that, I mean start at around 20 for Toy Factory 1, and end about 50-55 depending on when you feel it to be super slow for level 2.

i was just bringing up how at least the turkey hat drops the eggs from ALL monsters unlike the rudolph santa hat... if eggs NEED to be buyable from NPCs then cookies and cake REALLY NEED to be buyable...

That is a very good point. But, I don't think that the Eggs are dropped from any monster other than when someone is using the hat. And I am wrong, Wood Goblin drops them at .76%.

Let's not stop there... if that's the case let's make all homun food, & tames, available through NPC's too. (sarcasm)

I never miss any nonsense in my life when I read what people post here.

It doesn't really make any sense to carry loads of pieces of cake weighing 10 ea. Also, it's NPC selling price is 1500z ea, which would make them cost 3000z ea.

Whereas, it is totally different with eggs
