For db rk that's enough to go 0% after cast in strings if the maestro isnt on int food. I wouldn't need a Kiel in woe anymore.

it was updated in kRO around 2012 January 25th, 2012. if what you're saying is right, we should be able to get it. and wolf king hat(Vagabond Wolf hat) and Drooling Eddga Hat is in our client as well(from 10th anni event update.) I'm pretty sure if they send request we could get it.

eddga and this one is way too OP and shouldn't be implemented unless for usrc/rwc pvp 1-3rd place rewards or different effects imo.

They were both distributed by Lucky Box. And it was only distributed once or twice. iRO just doesn't know how to manage the quantity of the op gears. and i think it would be fair to say kRO dev team thinks otherwise about them being too op to be regulated by such event.

FAW is OP but it's not USRC reward. RWC accessories too. So your argument about every OP gears should be USRC/ RWC reward is invalid.

what you're missing is while you're getting "hit" you can proc "power of eddga" which instantly add about 150 atk. really good for atk dependent class.

on the side note. Time Boots str enchant will proc 200 str while you're getting hit. and they're farm-able by GH instance.

because there is no fix to leveling at high levels.... even eden boards dont help players over 140.... that last 10 levels is a nightmare... ill be hitting 142/43 today and the monsters to hunt are getting fewer and farther between.... i think there is ONE monster listed as 151... having to hunt 10 levels above you to get decent exp is INSANE at levels where there are NO monsters 10 levels higher than you
