So, here's the breakdown.

 

  • STR/INT increases ATK/MAG by 1 and parry by 2
  • AGI increases Crit by 4, Dodge by 2, and Accuracy by 1
  • WIS increases SP by 21, SP regen (my best guess for "recyclability) by 0.1, and elemental resist (0 for now)
  • VIT increases HP by 15, HP regen by 0.2, and Defense (0 for now)
  • 1 stat point increase now costs 1 point instead of the increasing costs from before
  • It is unknown how Crit, Dodge, Accuracy, Parry, and damage reduction formulas work currently

 

Because of the overall lower value stats, skill % damage is now up in the 100%+ range instead of below 100%. Damages seems to be beefed up a little or roughly equivalent to the old system.

 

Monks got buffed to be more DPS. I don't know how the other classes fared.

 

Anything else we need to to add? Basically everything we knew just got thrown out the window.

noticed that sorcs dmg is super low :/

normal crit arround 13k or more now its 8k only the highest atm -.-

I don't know..I kinda like the new system. Very RO1 ish, which is sweet!

Although, my HP did skyrocket. Lol

Sin's are o.p. Dodge is incredibly high and you barely get hit. They need to nerf the dodge.

Everyone's dodge atm seems....too buffed up. They probably gonna solve that.

I only got to test my Wizard and Knight, but both of them had higher damage on their hits. (And the instant casting fire skills proc on Wizard is pretty buff.)

Sin's are o.p. Dodge is incredibly high and you barely get hit. They need to nerf the dodge.

 

They can also self heal themselves now without pots, too.

i hope they do something about magic attack hits. XD cant imagine how i shall hit bosses now with so low crit

but yeah, have to figure out stat builds again. It makes me think back to when renewal happened in RO and i was like "what stats do I add now~~~~?"

I don't remember what stat builds I had for a few of my characters on here before the update xD

Asura/GFist hits like truck now ;p I wonder how hard other classes "ultimate" skills hit now or maybe Asura will finally be the #1 of pwn wpn pwn skill

everyone minus monks since they didn't got AGI in gear.... sigh shame

 

monks = punchbags in colo since other classes can dodge attacks easly

Monk is so nice now, that guillotine fist is insane, and crushing blow makes dot now. I'm even thinking of using my monk as main o.o

From using Knight, I noticed:

 

Shield Boomerang ricochets between nearby enemies now instead of dealing a single AoE hit.

Shield Cannon is a short warmup animation, then the hits are rapidly dealt in a single blow.

Female Aura Strike is still a slug-

Besides stats, we also gotta re-work our skills. Our entire builds need to be shifted slightly.

Thank god they provided us with cheap 1z reset scrolls. My priest was screwed up for the longest time and I was saving up for a scroll.

My knight skyrocketed into DPS... Went 38 Int 38 Agi.

 

Bashing went up from 400 and 1.5k Crit to 1.3k and 4.4k Crit.

I managed to get a 15k crit by using Shield Cannon on a boss. Shield cannon became like a Shield Bash, but with 3 hits now.. (so you can KS easier on Colo).

I'm still tyring to get used to Concentration and Aura Blade, but it seemed pretty beffy. I went into a quick PvE H with some people and I was doing great in the threat chart, DPSwise.

 

Lv4 Researcher DPS droped from 3.6~4.2k down to 1.2k.

Noticed this too, INT based classes have low (same?) damage, my Sorc does the same 800 - 900 Cold Bolts that he did before update, couldn't test my Varetyr Spear BECAUSE IT MISSED EVERY TIME LOL. Same for my priest, Holy Light did around 400 - 500 with Sacrament, and dots still were between the 180 - 250 mark, I was about to test my sin but maintenance came up, while testing Priest/Sorc I noticed more damage from STR based classes, took regular Charge Arrows in the 2.5k Mark, and 4.5-5k crits, and 1.4k - 1.5k dots form Poison Arrow.

Shield boomerang seems to have a much larger AOE.  I used it on a poporing for the yule quest thinking it would only hit that one popo, but it took out some that were quite a distance away too.  I was like "woah what!"

BM class changed soo much that i dont recognize my class anymore.

 

-dps bear form removed, it fights in human form now and as a grupal buff (10% atk, haste, vigor)

-grizzly form keeps its bear form, but now it gives a grupal buff too (10% def, parry, dodge)

didnt had time to confirm if these buffs where 10% of your current stats or a flat 10%

-fury strike went from a finisher to a rotation skill. it doesnt consume bms nor does more dmg with more bps, it gives some bps and strikes 3 targets now

-beast tornado maxed now hits 10 targets (yay?)

-cruel bite heals 30% fully ranked, does 20% extra damage to bleeding target, if has grizzly or bear form grupal buff as a 20% chance to stun and reset brutal strike CD

-wild crush now doesnt only bleeds but fully ranked generates agro and as a 10% stackable def debuff (up to 30%)

-survival heal maxed is now 30% and party 20%

-brutal strike dmg got buffed doing close to a sin shadow explotion dmg, 30% extra dmg if stuned or knocked. and its cd is reseteable by cruel bite, it does 1 strike only now and very fast and is aoe

-bear as an extra skill appart from gaia transformation wich apparently summons a white bear to fight by your side

Tested Sin, dueled with a Ranger, left her a Poisoning Weapon Dot for 1.1k, then oneshoted her with a 25k Shadow Explosion with the Shadow Strike Buff, what the heck. Then went to Rogue and Soloed Gearbaz in Arena Normal, now I'm sure something's wrong with melee classes.

Edit: Gangster's Paradise is bugged.

Also Magic classes weapon lacks an integer, maybe that's why their damage it's unchanged.

Bugged as it doesn't heal you, I tried to Duo Ratmaster with another Rogue Guildie and It didn't work, we only took him to 8/10's of it's HP. :(

 

Also, yeah, My Priest/Sorc/Sm Weapons have 2 digits on the Min./Max. Damage, 64+25/72+25 Respectively in my Priests case, my Sin's Claws have 476+25/492+25 respectively.


Which makes me really sad because only my Sorc, my SM and my Priest have their jobs at level 50, my Rogue, my Warrior and My Sin have them at 40soso.  :sob:
