I would be fairly annoyed by this if i didnt have to go to sleep in a few minutes... Oh well...

I'm not good with these times. Cut me some slack for being stupid! :P

On topic: Not sure what the problem is but they did say the maintenance could always be over 4hours sometimes, this could not be the case though. I'm just using a suggestion since I didn't play this evening.

Facebook page says its up but after i closed the client after it failed and i start it again now it says failed to patch

Its obvious that an issue is happening, nothing about "Oh they are still in maintenance and cut us from the game with the white screen" otherwise they wouldn't have released the patch and all.

You open up Gateway, go to Games, chose Dragon Saga, click in Start, wait for 10 seconds after the screen goes black and BOOM, a screen flashes in white and automatically closes Dragon Saga client, you see yourself back at Gateway's launcher, you check on Task Manager to see if the game is still running somehow, but it isn't.

That is what happens with me and everybody I assume, If it happens different to anyone, just say.

Yes, usually maintenances are effective, release a patch to fix bugs, somehow, always end up with an issue.

Since it was Maintenance+Minor Bug Solutions (Check the DS main page for detailed info on the fixed bugs), yes something went wrong!

Probably some minor thing linking the patcher to the actual client, but yeah, no need to drama, they will probably be releasing a new patch/fix soon and we will be able to play... on a sidenote, HOPEFULLY without Lag/Disconnection Issues and without the annoying PVP Lag.

looks like the patch we received is borked. They are recompiling the a patch now, we should have it up shortly.

They need to fix this :3 so i waited until they said SERVER BACK UP. and it said update available, so it automatically patched it and now when u open the game, it shows a white screen in a window, or a black screen if ur doing full screen, and after 5 seconds, it closes and gateway pops up.

I think they are working on a fix for this problem because now when I open up the launcher it says "failed to patch". I think that's a good sign xD

oops now it says failed to patch. i guess they are immediately trying to develop a new patch.. hope they finish soon.

Hey Hastur, enjoying the opportunity you are here, do you have any idea on what was happening with these random Lags and Sudden disconnections happening in these past days?

Will this patch somehow fix it? Or is it fixed already?

Also PVP is all laggish, but yeah that's it.

wait. what if someone didnt download the first patch that messed things up and went straight to this second patch that they are making? it doesnt matter does it?
