Haha you guys still here?? :D I downloaded dota2 and teamfortress2 and playing for free till jump is avaible.(that means i ll be a pro on those games for playing long time)

Heard that steam users would be getting jump after the maint. wth, no gold cards for steam jumpers?

Day 3 now and still nothing even made a ticket for them on the 8th got a reply and told me to keep an eye on their Facebook feed for updates about this. But I'm hearing people are getting this option already even for steam users on the 8th, so where the F is my option? Will some of us even get it or they start to back out on this whole idea about the whole level 50 jump. I hate when they beat around the bush on this event even from last year for founder titles, some people almost didn't even get anything because that last minute stun they pull on everyone. And I don't mean to sound rude, but this is ridiculous.

Dear Diary,

It's been 3 days. Still no jump. I have tried all I can to make things work but it just wont. My ticket still has no reply. Each day I login and attempt to create a new character, only to have my hopes falter when the window doesn't appear after checking name availability. Meanwhile all my friends magical received their jumps and are now well into chaos and enjoying their anniversary rewards and easter titles. It's such a cruel world.  :sob:

I just discovered that if you have 2 accounts attached to warpportal the jump takes effect on the oldest.

Sent a ticket to change it to my other account, hope it works.  :p_sick:

I did exactly that, and got this reply:

 

Greetings, 

I understand you had a concern regarding the Jump Event. Please know that every Warpportal account is given ONE Jump event character. If you have more than one Ro2 account on your Warpportal account, it is possible you will only receive one Jump character. Unfortunately we are unable to give more than one Jump character per account. We also unfortunately cannot transfer a character between a Steam and Warpportal account. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you have any further questions or concerns, please let me know.

If both of your accounts are registered on the same WP account only the WP one will get it since it's only ONE JUMP PER WP ACCOUNT AND THEY CAN'T TRANSFER IT FROM ONE ACCOUNT TO ANOTHER.

The new account jump is automatic.
 
The newsletter qualification requires us to manually set your account for the jump. We will announce later today once we have done that, so that players can verify the jump.

I won't be surprised if they're making a last minute change to this like how for the founder titles.

 

 

Oh yea everyone gets a founder title just to get your characters to level 30 and each one will get it... Day before hand out, but all of sudden DELAY YAY! Gain more titles by playing more hours into the game for the next 7 days.... The day that came to hand out almost everyone having a problem getting their titles and geez, I wonder why it can't be they made a last minute change to cause this problem could it? 

 

I hope they deliver what they promise and not back out, making a last minute change.... Because this should have been planned out already and ready to send out what they promise not beating around the bush crap. I may sound rude in this post, but you have to admit this is getting pretty ridiculous if they can't keep hold what they promise. I want to come back to this game, but they need to know when to stop with this random buff and nerf which I heard is also the reason why so many people left it too because of that and other reason that I may not know about.

this is ridiculous already, the way i play ro2 now is by logging in to check if the jump magically exists, i have done all the steps all the other users have takes, i have signed up for news letter...lemme think...since i started playing in (november i think?) i only have 1 account, (im a steam user btw) but my steam and ro2 loggin is the same, please help GM's (if u are even reading this anymore, which i have a feeling u r not...

Well, they do say on the event page that after the initial burst, it'll be waves during maint.. My account was made in the pre-reg period for open beta and I got my jump, so it's not purposefully excluding old accounts. Could be just very few people manually adding one by one (hate to be them..)

If we followed the instructions, and it's selective on who actually got the jump.... wouldn't you say its a bit unfair that those of us who got screwed over, miss out on ALL the event stuff (free large bag, exp scrolls, titles, etc) cause of it?

 

 

 

The Spring Festival has been extended to 5/14. 

 

 

 

A. 1st Anniversary Event (4/23-5/14)

 

 

I did what the event page said shortly after it was posted. Waited and waited for a "confirmation" email that never came. Then they said it was a glitch and they had to manually send them. No big deal I figured. I did everything in time and the fault isn't on me. I'll get my jump, I just have to wait for the manual mail. Then the 8th came and went... and I still don't have a jump, or any mail. I sent in a ticket and OH LOOK... the event page changed. Now it says you confirm your email when you make your account (which I did when I made my WP account BACK IN 2011 <_<) They reply to my ticket, basically saying "we see your reply, watch our fb page and event page."

 

I'm starting to feel like this whole event was a scam. :p_err:

I love to chill out as the next guy, but how often did they offer something, then started to beat around the bush really? Most MMO sites that I have seen over the pass ten years now that does a mass giveaway event always keep true to their word on the date or at least tell us the reason why it has to be delayed and gave us a new date to wait for. But I won't be surprised if they give it to everyone at the end of the month or the last freaking day of the event. 

 

COME ON WP GET YOUR **** TOGETHER ALREADY BEEN A YEAR OF THIS CRAP! <---- Sure, it's rude but you have to admit I'm right because they knew from the moment they plan to do this event there was going be a mass amount of players that want in on this deal even old members.

 

When people that beat around the bush just annoy the crap out of me because I don't want to keep checking up on this and miss out on this great event or even want to think about this in my sleep thinking I have the jump option will be there by the next morning then a big NOPE came out of no where crushing every inch of my body.

 

I would love an update by now about this problem from them but still nothing as of yet. If you read this GM please give us an update of what's going on and when to expect our jump is going to happen is that too much to ask for?

A GM will have to verify that your account has the newsletter option checked, and then add you to a list. It is likely that these jumps will go out with the next round this week, but I will try to keep everyone posted if any further issues pop up.

Welp. How about extending the anniversary event then? I wanted to get my jump character the golden cards and a 1-month VIP, but because of this mistake done by you (not particularly you, but WP), I won't be getting those items for my jump character, since the event will end on 14th!
