It would be better if 3rd job couldn't enter low ti. Sure its hard for start outs that way. But you would have better game and satisfaction when you do it that way.

IMO turn in should block 3rd job from even entering/taking the quest. 3rd jobs ruin low TI, making all 2nd job/trans characters useless, and instead of learning to use their skills or learning how teamwork makes short work of monsters, they wait with a recruiting chat until a 3rd class is available to easily AoE kill =|

Yep, that would be good.
There still be an easy way of leveling such as Malaya's Daily Quests (Lv 100+ Required)
 
I may choose this way because I'm taking a pity on my characters.

Most people are doing it because they want to stay at that Low TI to hunt for EMBs. if you notice and try to ropd that person, he/she would have more than 1 99 or below because they like hunting EMBs since the low TI is the easiest to farm.

Obviously no can do for non-VIPs though.Even with guild tax on.

Why is that? I thought 3rd class can get taxed too? Or trans class somehow gives more tax?
