Hello there everyone! To keep things more organized and to get the rules for keeping the Loading Screen submission process fair to everyone I am creating this new thread. 
 
This is the place to submit art to be included in our Fanart Loading Screens, which get changed up roughly every month.
 
The fine print: 
 
-You MUST note if you are submitting as an artist or with a commissioned work and post the name of the artist
 
-You may include your deviantart, tumblr, or personal artist website in the artwork

 

-Using specific elements taken from another artists work (while subject to interpretation) without attribution or acknowledgement of the inspiration can be too close to plagiarism and may cause the artwork to be rejected for consideration. 
 
-Please include your character's name and server in the post so I can get reward items distributed ASAP.
 
-Resolution: 4:3 aspect ratio, though the art is downsampled to 640x480 so the RO client can recognize it, we prefer that you post it in a larger resolution. The fellow who is archiving High Res Loading screens will also thank you. 
 
-Only one submission per poster per cycle. If you post up multiple artworks during the month, please indicate which one you would rather be included first, otherwise I will choose.
 
-I am ok with showing guild emblems in the loading screen art but since we have many artists from large guilds it would be best to avoid "join this guild!" verbiage in the loading screens
 
-The prizes this time will be limited to variations of the Creative Convention hat in it's different colors. On Classic, the tongue mask will remain as an alternative but those should be it. Currently we have the Green, Red, Orange* and Blue* available on Renewal.
 
-If the artwork posted is your creation, the Creative Convention Hat will be named. If you submit a commissioned work, the headgear will be un-named.

-Is there a max limit for the resolution? I personally don't use a high resolution for my stuff but just curious, also wouldn't want someone to crash the forums by posting crazy large images. x_x

 

-Can we choose the hat we want upon submitting? Also can I exchange one of my hats? I got 2 exact hats that are green in colour. (one from participating in an event, another for loading screen submission.

If you posted in the last thread and did not get selected for the July screens you don't have to re-submit. If you have more than one art that hasn't gone up yet in the old thread, please post the additional screens here.

ok well my tiki tuesday one was the last one i submitted after the july screens went up... but i got 2 others that never made the cut so ill put this one here and add the other one the next round...  totally my own art work (you can find it on my FB page)

- The artist is my friend, who is also known as cosmic-frequencies on deviantART. Original post [ x ] This artwork was not edited in any form by me but you'll probably notice the "Wew~<3" on the bottom right appears here and not on the original post. I asked the artist to kindly put that catch phrase in!
