We are going to be creating a new loading screen submission thread next week with revised rules to make sure that things are a little more organized and fair for everyone, in addition the headgears given out for loading screens will be returned to variations on the creative convention headgears for the next thread. The loading screens posted in this thread prior to next week will be awarded according to the rules in the OP of THIS thread.

I think yours got skipped over because you submit way too many loading screens. Other people need a chance to be featured instead of seeing multiple screens of the same person's characters. This was a rule for the last thread.

 

Notice Oda included almost every one around the time that was posted, but not yours. He also posted his statement for NEW posts after the last batch.
