Well after renewal i went to turtle dungeon and i used OI since they have high Def i thought it would deal more damage as stated in the description. When i use it it deals crap damage? I have the proper gears to use against them and after looking up the stat calc it stated that i should be doing around 10k-15k damage just wanted to ask if they nerfed it or something to that extent

lot of monsters have weak def including turtles now. Also your idea of a good weapon is mindset on pre renewal, chains are not in anymore. Try using Raging palm strike instead.
