Oh, I was guessing Ocean Captain Uniform, so I wasn't far.

Considering how much importance is being thrown around it, I thought it must be something other than a measly costume.

Why is it so popular anyways? Is it THAT good looking or is it that Gravity did something greedtarded like giving it 4 normal slots+2red slots+2blue slots+2green slots?

It's the best male costume hands down IMO in terms of looks. It looks good on female too, but I think military band/romeo are nicer on female.

haha i have two set of those now.. Girl Generation - i wish they also remove OCU's long socks, because its sucks.. more skin will be better

Of course I'm crazy for OCU. I'm a girl who likes my characters to be OP AND look good. And usually outfits that look like that in most games are always popular. From my experience, anyways.

You can dance and fight in high heels.
 

yeah... sins DO NOT have a cool down reset or the equivilent of smoke bomb. the dmg of a sin will be sub par compared to a rogue.. not to mention our healing ability is 10x better

 

An Assassin has a 10sec finisher (Shadow Explosion), another 600%+ damaging skill (Shadow Strike) and even more crit.

 

rogue and sin gears have beyond crappy vigor its the only downside. We won't be able to chain spam it thank god but our dmg output and cycling will be pretty bad ass

 

I've seen assassins that were able to keep the Shadow Armor up most of the time and Rogues perma-using Crecent Moon.
