I wouldn't mind them being a costume with no stats...if ANY of them become costumes...they better NOT have stats.

Oda, you guys might want to check out the "newbie" South Prontera map before maintenance. There's all sorts of NPCs next to Izlude on the normal map, but the only NPC is the F4 sit girl on the newbie map. The instructor isn't on the newbie map, when/where newbies need him. None of the other NPCs are there either.

 

EDIT-And I thought the map was for all characters level 20 and under? My level 5 novice was just kicked out and into the normal map.

 

 

EDIT#2-Now I'm back on the newbie South Prontera field. O_o
