See this is exactly what I mean, If I go buy GO cards then I only pay 20 canadian, where as if I use a credit card I have to pay 25 cause of the exchange rate.

Every country has an option there as well... I would have been buying gocards instead if I had know this..... Had you known your information and didnt start in on me would have been great as well.

Demand and supply buddy. Many people want easy exp to reach max lvl so its natural that bmx3 price increased.

Besides, how did you expect GM to react? Add npc adding every player bmx and cert once a day or what?

This is an OUTRAGE! Scaraba bounty boards are supposed to be for people 150+ who aren't optimal for Bio 4 parties. To give solo levelers an alternative to leveling. Right now it's Bio 4 or nothing. Why is the only viable option solo levelers 150+ have, aside from Bio 4, restricted to 150 and under?
