I haven't heard much recently but can someone tell me why i cannot log into the game? i'm stuck with waiting on my character select screen, are the servers still having issues?

I own a name on both servers... one has name[D] and other is name[L] .... wtf ever happened to the one who claims its name first getting it?

the servers have just been left to run and i read that leo is reseting them from time to time when prompted by a Mod 

 

totally pointless but at least they got the weekend at home (considering the most active this game ever gets is the weekend )

Yeap, really makes sense that all~ staff are off during the server's heaviest loads. /sarcasm

They should honestly just take mon/tue off. Build the fixes wed/thu, test/maint thur afternoon. And be there on the weekends. 

It's like, key to the job they have and the company they run. But then again, I never understood business being 'closed' or at bare minimum customer service/technical being unavailable at any time.

Maybe you can claim it yourself, since they are both taken by you.

I can't, I tried.. The solution to my problem was to change one of them to some other name before I could claim the main name I wanted.

 

This bothers me that I have another 2 characters [D] and [L] and one of them I can't see. it is a lvl1 that looks exactly the same as 5 other level 1's lol

thats why they MERGED the 2 servers, and now you want them split again,

OK here's the break down on wtf is wrong with giving everyone the same compensation in terms of 'free premium'.

 

Premium users: Paid 30 days [example], can't play for 3 days. They get their subscription extended 3 days [returned the days they lost]

Free users: Paid nothing, geting 3 BONUS days of premium. 

 

So the paid users only get's back the days they missed but already paid for.

The free users get premium they never paid for in the same increment. 

 

So let me put into a different perspective.

Sally Buys 5 pieces of candy. 

Henry buys none.

they find out, hey. there's only 3 candy's here.

The store gives Sally her 2 pieces she was missing, and gives Henry 2 free pieces.

Sally only got what she paid for, Henry got something for free.

See the difference? Free Premium service doesn't really compensate the Premium members, it only returned what they paid for, while non-premium users get something for free*.

Those free players also waited and expected more from the game this weekend, you know. The thing is that we all should be nice to each other and quit being greedy. If devs hands out free premium for everyone, so be it. I literally see no harm in that... It was a hard weekend for all of us here.

yes they waited and expected more . i'm not against compensation for F2P i am against premium for players who haven't lost it.  It's not being Greedy when i am against Free users getting P2P Services for free. I wont argue my point any longer.

It is ridiculous to think that in the current situation, we still need to wait a day that are willing to do the necessary maintenance. This should be considered an EMERGENCY.

It will be there, so don't worry. but you decided to buy premium at this point?  with the game this broken until (atleast) next maint?
 

I quit ROSE years ago, i was not really sure about how bad was the situation. Anyways it's good to be supporting Gravity, consider it like a way to pay a coffee for the devs who are working hard to fix this. Well... They might have a coffee machine on the office, and it's our money that pays for it.

Of course i sent a ticket, i posted here just as a bug report. The red text is just a way to express my feeling. If it's there it's supposed to be used. There's a bug outside ruins that when u go outiside can't move and stuck . and when u reconnect, and char select it keeps server disconnected and can't enter the game..
