First of all I know that most of the player sugegstion rarely gets implemented, but at least I write it and maybe some feedback would help the idea:)

 

In my point of view Mystics should be a supportive char, not a tank, heavy dps, healer at once. (Yes, I do have a mystic and tell the truth the class is rly OP).

 

So the suggestion would be to make the mystic as earlier told a supportive char which means Totem-master.

 

There would only need some switch of skills between saker and mystic, and would be more balanced.

 

The changes would look like the following:

 

Mystic would loose Fire rain, and Hellfire, the 2x AOE what makes rly insane dmg (not to mention with active debuffs).

Forsaker would loose Chaos totem and Fire totem, 1X supportive/pvp skill and an AOE.

 

The lost skills would be available for the other class, so the Saker gets the Fire rain and Hellfire.

Mytic would become a Totem-master getting the Fire and Chaos totem.

 

PRO: its way easier to program this changes than creating new skills.

 

Hope I get some positive feedbacks.

Yeah, I think the same!!! Fire totem to mystic and the 2 AOEs to forsaker..

But, be sure it won't happen...Helium already said he is done with shaman changes and they barely look in this forum about skill suggestions.

And druid still bugged....

He is done ? He didnt do -_- about it, hes and idiot as well as Alteris, they no clue wtf they are doing and the class "balance" they did to elem and zerk proves it

I like this idea, but first they have to fix the lag that the totems make. Imagine 5 mystics in a raid with 4 totems each = 20 totems = instant DC

He is done ? He didnt do -_- about it, hes and idiot as well as Alteris, they no clue wtf they are doing and the class "balance" they did to elem and zerk proves it

they did a good job on elem and zerk, druid is good for SS physical build too. Mystic doesnt really need any boost since it can tank most bosses in the game and has good dps. They did a bad job with saker though I think.

they did a good job on elem and zerk,

 

good job ? Elem is like killing machine with 819578051571 instant cast skills that deal 4-5k dmg each no matter how much res u got and zerk 40k hp max def max res and -_-load of damage, dont forget the fact u cant stun him anymore as well as u faster kill yourself than u kill him

did you forget what an elem is supposed to be?

SINGLE TARGET MAGIC DPS.

-_-, elem is doing EXACTLY what is should be doing.

 

Zerk got a little TOO op with the reflect and the immunity.

Zerk should kill 1v1, not kill 40 casters with reflect, rape the commie, and still run away and get healed.

yeah they made zerk and elem, OP thats the point.. Now they have to improve all the other classes to match up with their OPness, so that every class is equally "OP" then everything is balanced. 

 

The only other way to balance classes is to nerf the OP ones, but this makes people quit the game if you havent noticed. There was not even 1 elem on the Trifri, but now there is 20+

if you know how play druid it fine. If you some idiot who cant figure out transformations then go ele.

Inferno - immune to ALL stats other than slow and hush

Viv - turn on/off remove slow.

 

Pretty much a commander with with heals and aoe slow

Yeah i see how they balance classes, light resist on defiler evasion buff will rly change -_- that 1 avenger in game is serious threat

Elementalist is supposed to fly in the battleground and make big balls 5k hit istant ;DD

Ofc he is fully single target master with rage of Bugs!

But still too weak, maybe make hp buff stronger? I know they already increased hp, made ista and 45 target but still too weak!

Elementalist should have huge cast skills with very high dmg 1 target, that's what he is supposed to have, but now it has 3 ista kill little yellow/blue balls that doesn t make sense.

"Xenoas would even sacrifice themselves to cast a huge Magic Attack", ye sure ~.~

I do agree with a lot of what you are saying here. I also like the idea of flipping the AoE with the Totems. But, there are some issues with what you suggest.

Forsakers losing Chaos Totem may make it tough for the class to ever hope to pull off any great crowd control.

If Mystics are supposed to have a more Supportive role, then they should not be pulling off great crowd control using Chaos Totem.

For Mystics Losing Fire Rain and Hellfire but gaining Fire Totem would probably not ruin the class, though it would be weaker. I think when people say Mystic is OP, I only agree in a Player versus Monster context. Yes, if you want to grind for Exp on massive hordes of beasties you find a Mystic and get yourself a mount and just go rustle them up over and over. That sounds like fun to me. In Player versus Player, I find on my Mystic, Hellfire and Fire Rain are only really so overpowered when a bunch of mindless NPC are jumping into the inferno. Players, well, they tend to walk around.

when you have 8 mystics per team

aoe is everywhere

not to mention they cast is on themselves making it impossible for any melee toon to get in there

and also 4 heals?

oh and also wrong, mystics in general are OP. massive dmg, massive heals, massive hp. not just PVE

8 Mystics on 1 Team...gee* to bad i never saw that happen.

 

By the Way...the massive Dmg comes from the Cash Shop, same about the massive Heals and HP

 

With a SR or WL at the Team you could simply hush em. (oh noes that requires Teamplay!11)

 

But i guess the Problem for you Guys is...that you can`t scud and AA em within 3 seconds anymore like your used to?

 

oh boy that really a shame and needs a FIX asap!!11

Right, but mystics have more damage in PvE due to the 2 AoEs, plus heals. Which leaves absolutely no incentive to choose the Fosaker class. Why choose a weaker DPS class with only 1 heal? Also, Fire Rain AoE is instant cast and you cannot walk around it when it is casted directly on you, while you are stunned, or rooted to the ground.

 

I can understand you do not want to give mystic the chaos totem, and I agree that may be a bad idea. The point still stands though: the "support" class has more DPS than the "offensive" class. Supernova was a very weak addition to the Forsaker skill tree and is very useless PvP and PvE wise. I really hope you aren't finished with Forsaker.

 

P.S. Why are you guys creating new content only achievable by AoE farming characters? I.E. Pogs, Boxes of Ioxenic

You are excluding all physical classes from these content updates, make it battlefield rewards or daily quest rewards.

actually mystic in reality isnt just a support. Its a complete package and considered as main dps in raids. I considered forsaker a more support in raids with its debuffs. Mystic will just outdamage forsaker in raids if you combine them.
