character sprite issue..

-i cant even "see" them in the character selection. the sprite error will interrupt.

-some of my items/equips appeared to be "unknown item".

-LAG issue... there's this aprrox 1.5 second delay whatever command i do... which doesnt happen when in pRO days.

Lag probably stems from distance latency, try using programs like WTFast, Lowerping, Pingzapper, etc (they have free trials)

Upon trying to select my chars on the character select menu, I got the error message. My chars are equipped with boarding halters. That's probably the cause.

whenever i turn to this page of char list i always got an sprite error and then the client closed, 

Tamamo no mae (high priest level 99) 

Su Negi female (baby knight 99/50)

(and an alchemist i forgot the name sorry ) (Alchemist level 99/50)

 

i cant even "see" them in the character selection. the sprite error will interrupt.

 

I have super novice on the same account but on different page of character  selection screen that i can access

Please resolve this issue. We don't mind waiting a bit longer as soon as we get our items back. It's painful enough not having able to migrate MVP cards and billions of zeny. Losing equipment that we worked hard/paid a lot for is a heavy blow to us who invested so much on this game since its initial launch.
