there should be an option at the union npc where u can buy extra stats for your equip with union points

1) the stats u can buy should be the stats u can get from blue dropped items like 20 ap or 20 acc and so on
2) u can only buy extra stats for items which dont have alrdy extra substats
3) the stats should be in categories: low stats for 750 points mediumstats for 1500 points and high stats (like 20 acc or 20 ap or 12 int and so on) 3000 points

no, it has nothing to do with refining

its an npc option where u place ur item which doesnt have substats alrdy

u put this item in, pay ur union points and get ur item back with the substats u have choosen

e.g. u put a glorious item in

and get it back with e.g. 20 ap extra

so it has then 60/60 +20

maybe u should be able to add the stats to every item one time

so u can add the extra stats to crafted ones too

but as i said, u should not be able to add im / craftable stats

u only should be able to add stats like 20 ap or 20 acc

unique or item mall artisan skill
craft patches (hell rename it imo)
crafts a consumable patch that can be applied to equiptment that gives it a bonus sub stat.
you can do it so that either the stat applied is random when applied to the equitpment, so players can have them crafted for them and try their luck themselves.

or you can have it so the stats to be applied are shown on the patches themselves so players can see what stats will be applied before using the item or buying it from the crafter.

dont think it even got a response for that suggestion. it would be nice but better off in the hands of artisans rather than union reps imo

lol this will make it even worse for crafted gear. and i don't think the ability to just pay earned points in uw or anything should allow someone to add more stats mainly because it really isn't hard to do and there's a handful of people who run tons of clients all day long leeching wars. i think it's fine the way it is with crafted stats being based on a luck factor.
