Hey guys, Just wanted to add a suggestion. Perhaps we could add the below skill to ranger class. 
Armor Piercing Bullet - Removes all buffs (something like soccer kick) with a cast time (1.5-2sec) and about 30sec cooldown (counter for Commander and they will get a chance to kill a ultra fatty guy with huge hp/defense).
 
I didnt read all the post so idk whether this is covered before or not. Its just a suggestion, im no expert in Hunters. But I feel this is something which will make sense for rangers to have.

so u think that a ranger should waste time trying to cast a skill that has a .7 sec animation and 1.5 sec cast time when they could have already hit AA 3 times...thats about the stupidest thing i ever heard in the game.

venger fix copy paste blood moon change to light damage 5 sec CD. DONE.

Hey there, I know Rangers are AA but the intend behind this having a cast time is to keep it balance and not make it unfair for casters. Ranger is a AA class and this skill will help amplify their AA damage to kill a single target faster, ofc they have to sacrifice 1.5sec of their time but its a sensible deal if its going to increase their damage significantly. This is not a damage based skill, just a disabler and a counter for commander/zerk immunity buffs.

If I had to do an overhaul it would probably look like this to make SS rangers somewhat viable.  

 

Quick firing:       Dmg: Same | cd: 02s | Cast: 0s

Double shot:      Dmg: second shell does 10%+10% of aa dmg per level (at lv10 200% dmg) | cd: 20s | Cast 3.5s

Piercing strike:   Dmg: same | cd: 30s | Cast 0s | Effect: Hits 2 enemies in a line, first target hit; Armor debuff 1.5% per level.   

Multi-firing:          Cont dmg 10/2+2 per level 20s duration. 

Sighting short:    Dmg: Same | cd: 06s | Cast: 0s | Effect: Same

Tear bomb:         Dmg: Same | cd: 25s | Cast: 0s | Effect: Accuracy reduction: 30%+5% per level.

Divisionary:         Dmg: Same | cd: 40s | Cast: 0s | Effect: Same

Smoke shell:       Dmg: Same | cd: 30s | Cast: 0s | Effect: Same 

High con:            Same 

Coolness:           Duration 1min per level.

Hunter strike:      Same

Weapon up:        Crit and scrit 1% per level.  

Knuckle mast:     Same 

Escaping:           Cd 20s-1s per level  

Exp/guid trap:     Phys dmg   

Capture:             Same

Dev`s gonna bind those Changes to some new old  ITEMS again...

 

For example like Attack Speed Belts in the Past.

 

Why do you think they start now from scratch? after all those Years, after all the Complains?!

 

You think our own Ideas were NOT good enough?!

 

i gonna predict this like so many cheap stuff they pulled.

 

It always comes down to the Reinforce etc... Tools.

avangers and rangers are kinda useless here in 2017 lol bec how all the builds

​stats etc its weaker then any other class

 

​ppl cry upgrade assassin upgrade zerk upgrade other classes 

 

​(reality) assassin

​1) 5.5k+ cad !!!!!

2) over 6k+ dmg on cap defense

​3) low HP <- which is normal for an assassin class 

​4) go fully sigil :o if you want to be possible to kill everyone 1v1

​5) IT CAN TURN OFF ALL YOUR WEAPON/ACC DMG WITH AN SKILL! comon >..< biside scad/cad >.> and your ammo orni

 

​(reality) berserker 

​1) also 5.5k+ scad

2) over 13k dmg blood rage

​3) High HP even fully regal you get over 50k HP!

4) it has an stunnlock which is OP + adamant so stunns doesnt work on them

​5) change it to AA xD see the dmg 6k+ on cap defense with over 65k+ HP and stunnlock (weak blood rage) still 4-5k tho

First of all make Avenger again alive ....

 

Give avenger the Option to make his pet stronger like Elephant is level 85 make it the same level like Avenger 90 > Make elephant skill from level 1 too level 5 ( More dot dmg)

If you add Meele skills on Avenger fix stun trap cause if you hit as avenger you take your enemy out of stun .... give avenger more stuns with knuckels - add magic and Light Dmg to Darkest set

and make it stronger ... ore remove all this meele skills and add only traps (atm they are 3 skills so change them to traps)

 

Ranger:

 

give Ranger more CAD on Darkest set and add some CON + Phys attack on the set, Ranger is poor AA class .... everyone who talök about SS - just die ...

its just proof you never played an ranger .... also fix some skills like the -Range skills wich not realy works on AA / SS Range, make it possible that ranger can hit around +4,5k

give them some passives an surviveble skills - atm you can rek them so easy ....

 

WTB ,,, change Elem dbuffs from -50 too -75% Res down thx <3

instead of trying to fix avenger with a bunch of bull hockey, just give each summon skill a dominator timer. basic tame, 1 DAMN SKILL POINT... can get any open world mob...only level requirement ur level. next 2 can get advance mobs. giving avenger 3 tames.

what can give avenger an advantage is the ability to seal a tamed mob and sell it in auction. ^^

Ranger needs only 2 changes - 1 increase shooting range like 50m+ ; 2 make  shooting speed less then 1sec. like 0.3 sec

This thread is like an eternal bad joke, it was started in May 2015, and its now Dec 2017.  Two and a half years later and the Hunter/Avenger/Ranger Class still has not received an update to balance and fix the issue with these classes.  Somehow it doesn't look like it is likely to ever happen.  If you cant figure it out in 2 1/2 years something is seriously wrong or the dev's don't really care about the issue.
