If the airlift doesn't work it's best to get the GM team to take a closer look by filing a ticket at the support site. Ideally they should be able to get this fixed for you right away once the ticket is in!

Resolved - all characters are again available. I think the resolution came from the ticket rather than this thread, though.

 

I'm returning after a few years away; a few of my characters seem to be in a 'stuck' state (immediately disconnects when selected):

 

Character 1: 

Server: Chaos

CharacterName: kanenas_VA

Map: It says Mt. Mjolnir?

Time/Date Stuck: Unknown.. probably around 2011?

 

Character 2:

Server: Chaos

CharacterName: Savonarola

Map: It says Morroc Town [possibly an older version of Morroc?]

Time/Date Stuck: Unknown.. probably around 2011?

 

Character 3:

Server: Chaos

CharacterName: Frorian

Map: moc_fild11, I think

Time/Date Stuck: Unknown.. probably around 2011?

 

Character 4:

Server: Chaos

CharacterName: Zeihl

Map: Probably the old training grounds [it says Prontera Field]

Time/Date Stuck: Unknown.. probably around 2011?

I have not played in a *very long time*, so I am not sure if the characters I am having trouble with are in the places that are listed. I tried to connect on several old characters, each one disconnected. I was able to make new characters on this old account.

I was just afk for a bit when my character got disconnected in Prontera city, I tried numerous time to log in, but whenever I try my wizard I can't get past the character selection and it always says disconnected from server. Any help would be appreciated ty in advance!
