I forgot to say that maybe the quests are the cause of the bugs happened in the characters. I think they didn't look at it despite posted already in the General Bugs Thread, or are they?

 

Ok guys, take it easy, they'll test it at Sakray first. Who knows, maybe if it's successful then they'll give yall options. Of course if they'll be testing, there will be many cases. i.e. (case 1) wipe inventory (case 2) wipe inventory and storage, etc.

 

I very highly doubt they will give options or even time to the players just like what happened to the nerfed items. Although I'm 100% in favor of nerfing some OP items, not telling what will happen beforehand will destroy the supposed to be recovering market.

 

Not to mention those DC characters might even be stripped naked of items.

I actually highly expected that my items in the inventory will be wiped as a very last resort but also wiping storage despite having those items there perfectly fine and safe are going too far.

Now the problem is, what if it's successful? Who knows, they'll do it for Thor too without asking Thor players.. Now, that'll be a big problem.

 

I agree with it. What if they do it without the knowledge of thor players. The only thing the thor players can do is to transfer their items from an account without an issure no more no less. But the worst case, is how about their KVM equipments.

KVM can be farmed again.

 

Worst case scenario is transferring 300+ items from one account to another and assuming you're an ex-pRo players, you probably have 20 accounts. Better pop an alaxan for those aching thumbs and elbows.

i havent played in 2 weeks and this is what i see?? hopefully they dont just wipe my storage since its working and i only have 1 stuck char. hopefully its only in the testing period in sakray like they said. well, i'm already wasting my vip anyway by not playing, but wiping everything is just absurd.

Isn't migrating here to iRO already an option they gave to you guys? I mean, they didn't force you to migrate.

 

Also, you should've read the next part of statement you quoted. It's kinda similar to what you're trying to say.

 

Although, if they're going to wipe the so called Fallen 500, then they should've wiped everyone from the very start.

 

EDIT: Just saying that sometimes they give options too. I agree that what's happening sucks and they should consult you all if they're going to do something SERIOUS like wiping inventory and storage on the official server Thor and not just on Sakray. Cause on what I understand, they're going to test at Sakray it first. (everything is tested at Sakray first actually)

please kindly ELABORATE? wiping storage?... how about its only 1 char that is stuck... would it still be implemented?.. if its only the inventory, dude, ive got my high end gears there... not to mention my precious mora ecnahanted acces. (took 100+ mora coins to get perfect enchants)...

I think Camp may have already tested this, but try wiping the items on one of the character to see if it fixes the issue before wiping an entire storage? If it works for one character then it should work for all the stuck chars. A storage wipe would be bad for WarpPortal since you guys have put so much effort towards the merge.
