maybe it's ok to request the creation of the novices in either the 3 accounts that's in the same warp portal account that has it. Provided  that the other accounts have free slots and no issues.

E.g. fallen account a = got issues, already full and can't create new chars

       fallen account b & c = Ok and got available slots

       Then create 2 novices on either acct. b or c with 1 novices already = 3 novices ready

If that is the case, we can't transfer any KVM items...

You're in luck if you can use the KVMs in your other WP accounts

We can't really assume how the process go apart from Oda's advice.

Just make sure there's a Novice within the Fallen account to serve as placeholder.

The OP is talking about the ~500 characters that had inventory or storage wiped due to corrupted items during the original migration. If your character was one of these characters, please create a novice character on the account with the wiped character(s), log off of them and don't access the character again (it needs to be completely untouched) send me a PM with the subject FallenRecovery we will check to verify that the character is on our list of characters wiped during the migration. If you are on our list, we will work on restoring the lost items and placing them on the placeholder novice. You must contact us before July 1st for us to investigate. 

I'll need the following info to investigate: 

 

name of new novice character: 

name of wiped character (exact spelling)

Is it possible to restore the items back to its original characters instead of creating a novice Account

since my nine(9) characters had completely inventory wiped and most of it remains untouched.

I'm not gonna use my account until completely restored.

Hello. Im one of the fallen 500 with two characters on same account with the dreaded cotton shirt and knife.

 

I have more than 3 characters in this account and everytime i delete a character to create a novice, all characters move to the left with no gaps in between.

 

So how do I create an novice, do i have to access vip?

 

Or is it right to create a novice in another account, which is not specified in the instrucitons?

Would it be possible to just restore all accounts that lost their items instead of submitting request?, i know some people who have "Quit" ragnarok after finding out that they lost all their stuff.. i think having those item restored would keep the door open for them to return to Ragnarok or at least would give a  "Higher Chance" for them to play again

that's why they are helping us right now because restoring lost items are possible, in exchange of helping them too to help them identify the chars more easily

if you have more than 9 chars in 1 acct, deleting chars will not make space to make new novices. even if you are vip. that's why others can't make new novices. for now i just pm'ed Oda with 3 novices i had and put the names of 6 of my fallen chars. i just hope they just put the items in the original chars instead of the novices since there's so many items i doubt the novices are enough. they should also not forget the enlarge weight limit items so we can re use it on the original chars.

The most likely way that we will be doing restorations is to overwrite the inventory of the character that will be holding the items.

I moved all existing gears from those Fallen Characters to a different account and left it with 0 weight since I anticipated that will this will  be the case.

 

One of the accounts I have reported only have 1 novice and there are about 4 Fallen characters there. Let us know if we can redirect it to another character at least a lowbie.
