I just came here to open a topic regarding this myself actually......
Dang, lost things too...
Guys:
- Close your ingame shops immediately
- Do NOT send mail
- Do NOT open mail
- Do NOT COD
- DO NOT trade anything
- STOP leveling, questing, whatever you do....progress is NOT saved at all
to prevent as much harm as possible, to ourselves and to the server database.

I swear to God...if the 5/6 Unity Parts I spent my ass on to mixboard/trade for get wiped I will wipe my damn Youtube Account and Quit Dragon Saga.

Better just close shop and log off. I was asked by a player, as soon as I told them that they would be better off doing something else for now, if the compensation rings would be given out.
I hope this won't be as heavy a problem as to need this kind of action.

I don't think so. I am very sure it will be rolled back to the time the issue began.

Yes it's the same reason. After everything is fixed the character creation should work again.

It likely takes a lot of work to fix issues like this, even working at their hardest. Just be patient, and Popcorn'll post when the server's up again in no time.

Just to keep you updated: the staff is still working on the database issues. There is no ETA yet, but the downtime is expected to be several hours.
Besides this I have no further infos yet.
