Update: At this time the forums, website and our support page should be back up. The server move is still ongoing however so the game servers are still down at this time.

What will be the compensation?
We are going to have a couple of boosts this weekend on ROSE Online. More will be posted closer to the time they will go up.
my premium run out...so i needed to buy a new one
Right now the ROSE team is working on getting players compensated for Premium time lost. This may take a little bit, we are sorry for the delay!

The ROSE team is currently working on compensation. Your previous comment was removed because the question has been asked already in this thread I believe.
I am checking about the Pegasus server now.
