For the force patching method, when choosing the patch number to use in http://choobs.org/stuff/patch.php it will download the patch after the entered number. E.g, plugging in patch #2775 will force the client to start downloading patches from #2776 and so on.
 
At this point you might want to consider a reinstall, if the issue did not resolve start a topic at technical section.

On the Tiki Tuesday thread 11/10 I asked this question, Oda said this:

 

"Granny Boxter will be updated a week after next month's lucky box arrives"

 

Yet Granny Boxter has not changed at all, after the new box, nor the weekly maintenance.  I expected this change to be made during the weekly maintenance, which was a week after the new box arrived.  The new box arrived on the 12th, its been well over a week at this point.

Groove box, lucky box, in this case I don't think he meant specifically "lucky box" because this month wont have a lucky box AND a groove box, especially considering we will be getting Friday/Monday boxes as well.  When he said "lucky box" I think it's clear he meant when the lucky box was replaced with this months new box, just happened to be a groove.

 

Edit:  Unless he is meaning December, in which case, we will find out...

Groove and Lucky boxes always interchange and Granny Boxter is (usually) changed 1 week after a new Lucky box.

We had a Lucky box last month in October, next Lucky box is December next month; this month is Groove box.

Still haven't gotten the confirmation [[that the VIP account compensation went out]]. If it doesn't happen tomorrow I will reschedule it for next weekend. So you guys can play during the good time rather than lose it to school/work.
