man cmon yall are really making new players committed to this game when there's so many crashes and false maintenance schedules and server moves and what have you -.-
You should know by now after literally YEARS of maintaining this game and not to mention ALOT more other games WHAT problems can occur while maintaining it <==== can you not use this to your advantage to make the maintenance process faster and more efficient? just a thought :\ if you cant then at least be accurate of your maintenance times since you know you literally have years of experience -.- i mean i figured with all that experience something like that to have in mind would be basic but after reading through some previous maintenance posts its always the same thing..yall are late and make excuses. and if yall mess up you give compensation. -.-
I don't know what y'all are doing and how your doing the maintenance but i can tell your not doing a very good job at all and after reading previous posts it seems to me that everyone has pretty much gotten use to the fact that y'all are late as hell in every maintenance and "got use to it".
Do you guys as a company not see this as a big flaw? is this how you want to represent your company? do you realize this is a business and not your own little play toy you can do whatever you want with whenever you want? its a job you wanna make money? lemme tell you its easy
A: Be realistic of your maintenance times.
Players literally look at your schedule and plan accordingly of their day and plans and what have you. People take the time out to PLAN their day so they can PLAY your GAME
The Profit: Improves your Image as a Company which make the players look at you as reliable.
What would you rather hear? "oh they are late again on maintanence whatever" or "wow these guys are really on their ?"
B. Listen to the complaints read them all (isn't this literally a job in companies like this?): notice the pattern of complaints and list them out and find the ones affecting the game the most and fix them first and fix the ones that don't matter as much last PRIORITIES PLEASE!!
The Profit: Fix the bugs = less crashes = people playing more = people calculate how to better their characters = players get tempted to buy cash items to lessen the time or for whatever reason for the character = in the end they buy = $$$$$$$$$$$$
C. UPDATE! how in the WORLD are you guys so outdated on this game? when almost every single country server AND even PRIVATE servers are ahead of you in updates? some chick literally spoon fed you and did YOUR job by listing the outdated stuff thats a huge list dudes -.- what the hell are yall doing?

No what took 10 hours of maintenance was a lot of hardware checks and scans. IT noticed the issues that the servers have been having and wanted to check what they could. We were able to fix a few things that could have been pretty bad had they been ignored. So hopefully *knocks on wood* there will be little to no issues this weekend.Check the game and you'll be amazed on the NEW FEATURES & BOXED ITEMS in Item Mall :3 that awesome changes that tooked 10hrs of maintenance.

my game is get patched from 2011 ???
need help on this and to add to it, the game wont continuously patch as well .

1.Open your RO folder
2.Double click the patch2.txt file
3.Scroll to the bottom of the file
4.Look to the left,there are 4 digits of number
5.Enter the 4 digits of number based on the last line here
6.Download the new patch.inf file from there
7.Copy and replace the patch.inf file in your RO folder.
Don't forget to close all running clients/launchers first.
Do this every time you face the same issue.

Good Day CM's, Do you guys still fixing our disconnected characters on thor server? My main character is still experiencing disconnection upon login. It's only a couple of week's left on the compensation(VIP) on thor. I want to play, I need to max my level before the compensation ends. Please help me. Please extend the compensation for those characters still experiencing disconnection issues. Thank you.
