For dragoons pve isn't much different from pvp. one thing about pveing is that you can take points off some skills to put into your ultimate which costs 60 sp, which pvp players can not afford to put in let alone use it in pvp.
So in conclusion, you can take off points in things you don't find necessary and put them into your ultimate if you want in the future.
