I was thinking the armor for my GX

1. Make it at least +9

2. Get Fire or Water enchant

3. Get Unfrozen enchant (change this if you have +30 shadow unfrozen set)

4. Get aspd+1

and you will have an elemental armor with a Peco2 + Marc card like effect plus a flat +1 aspd.

Faw with antique book just 90 matk? U realize you get 72 matk just from SP19 right? At 120 int you get a total 138 matk. It doesnt gives 1% matk per 20 int, is 1 matk flat.

 

How did you get 138 matk? calculation pls? for the SP part 21+21+24 = 72?

120 base Int = 5*(120/10) = 60

SP19 = 21+21+24 = 72

It doesn't show, I did checked now, if turtle-san was right, +6 more from FAW if base 120 int

ok, now i know the faw bonus actually give a flat matk not % matk as stated. but, the SP19 part i still cant get 72 from 21+21+24.

 

Yeah, i think i only wrong on the antique book part coz i mixed up with cenere and petal bonus. Been trying to work on my ranger lately.

The armor is definitely not OP.
It's good for poorer people for sure and leaps and bounds better than most common gear.

While I think It's going to be a start of a whole new power tier of equipment, so eventually will act as just another upgrade to your char, and wont be OPed at "that" point.

 

Right now though, I agree, if someone doesn't consider that OPed, what is lmfao. 

 

Seriously, that armor, makes every other armor in the game, seem like a utter POS.

Seriously, the new enchantments almost cover everything, you would use a card for anyway.

Upgrade it to +9 for a free 12% MHP?

Can pick and choose the enchants which could involve 15% more MHP for a grand total of 27%?

Oh boy, not that argument again, if something Isn't the best item in WOE as well, It's not OPed(or pretty much doesn't matter).

 

WOE is nothing but a extra activity(which eats zenny like nothing else), you need to actually play the real game, before you can even potentially be ready for WOE.

 

Game comes first, WOE comes second, It's not the other way around.

Sometimes this set can be useful/OP for PVP scenario, since u can dodge skills more easily (yeah i know,no one plays it  bla bla bla)

 

and really good for PVM.

 

Anyway,i play WoE using bryn/full damage gears and i can still handle some incoming damage having like 60k HP , this set is not 100% useless for WoE but would help some Sura's to one shot more people ( ).

For sure, it's a good armor and I don't think it's useless what so ever.
I just personally don't consider it overpowered, but I own high end items, so my view may be a little skewed.
It'll definitely bring some balance to pve.

Now with this set, how far can we get into After Cast Delay without using Kiels on RK? 20% from TGL, +17% from a +12 Heartwing Hairband, 20% from the set and assuming perfect sarah earrings, 10% each? Unless I'm crazy this is near rapid fire DB.

 

I guess you can argue about Menblatt/Deviling on the garment, but at the same time, you can have so much HP enchants it's honestly worth if you can take the hits.
