12% MHP (if armor +12) , +15% MHP if perfect enchants, and 20% Skill After Cast? OP looking armor there.

Question though. Is this armor slotted?

 

 

My DB RK could make use of it and get 87% Cast Delay Reduction easily(or 92% if switching to FAW 4/2/1 with Sarah Earring ACD 2/3). Its an in-game item, so just bring it on, why not?
