It isn't, kRO adopted the sprites so it's now part of an official update that will come at some future time.

jRO sprites are now out in iRO but there is a bug where those leveled 171-175 cant obtain it from the achievements box

It was explained by kRO years ago through a Q&A where they said it was "difficult" to add new ones
