There's a never ending list of things the Clan system could have provided that weren't passive combat increases....
Clan Storage
Clan NPC Service like:
- Discounted Repairs <- lol, how about free repair hammers for on the go [maybe a skill button on the clan tree that gives you a hammer] maybe like 25k cp for 30days (easy to get and convenient)
- Better % success on refining [via an NPC in the clan house <- Can come in handy as due too many players still refine all the time.
- Better % success on Empowerments <- yes very good
- Teleportation Services <- characters leveling could really take use of this, or just anybody. A clan group working together to earn cp so they can have this functionality is fun. then everyone gets to move around easier and levelers don't have to run through area's in eldeon and get killed just trying to get to another map. Some newer players can't actually afford 50m teleports. While they are leveling they earn CP which in return through teamwork they can get more utility.
- No fee Storage access <- covered by premium, but if its in the clan passives still good. Not everyone intentionally goes to dungeons to farm CP. It's done for Valor, so giving players more options and variety through clan passives is enjoyment.
- Higher tier crafting materials

The list goes on, and yes people would find these worth spending some* money on. But something you're not accounting for in the statement that people won't pay 200$ a month for passives like this, is the number of people who already DON'T want to spend money on what is essentially a pay to win system. I don't, and I never will. But I speak for myself, and I imagine the much larger silent majority would also as well. So the question becomes, are there more people currently not spending IM on CP, then there are who currently do spend IM points on it for the current passives.
Not everyone plays this game to pvp, So not every clan really cares to get +10 all stats or % passives. As of right now I think community players want additional clan features that have nothing to do with combat. There's this idea "clans are suppose to make you strong" therefore clan passives give combat stats for PvP, and PvM. However there are players who come online sit back, talk to clan friends, purchase itemmall costumes after selling their farm & explore the world of rose together... Not much use of the CP now is there? so let those clans farm luxury. glorious things that can make their eyes go wide. lololol not just combat stats... and lots of the community who aren't so privileged look at those 8 clan passives and think >.> "I know I am never getting those" So ok, with those players who want combat stats let them farm it or buy it. But not everyone is into that whole combat stats thing so what can we do for those players? The clan combat stats are really not that appealing in my opinion. So clan hall, decorations, it would also give players a sense of belonging to this game I bet. getting additional features through the clan.. seriously right now everything that has to do with clans seem very small. Please expand on it.
