With some work I now have, including what I started with: [clean unless specified]
full crimson set
full spellflow & magical set (shadow)
+9 CoD (KK)
+7 SoD
+4 temporal int boots (hawkeye, spell 5)
temporal dex boots [1]
+7 nidhoggur (raydric)
orlean's glove (scaraba)
2x alchemy glove (scaraba) - can't use yet
diabolus robe
diabolus ring
orlean's server
+9 TSoD (spell 4/5)
ordinary black mage hat
skull cap
This should give me a fair variety as needed, and I'm dirt farmer poor now.

Yeah, it's an excelent starter setup, I'd strongly advise you to not spend a peny until level 140, when you'll start soloing some instances, unless you find a cheap SoD with Spell3/3, 4/2 or something like this (Spell 4/4+ will not be cheap). Ghost Palace is easy to do from level 120, which is the minimum level to do it. Geffen should be doable by 120 too, though not advised because you won't be able to go too far, and will earn you very few coins per run.
Don't worry about being poor... maining a warlock is like making a poverty vote. You'll end up spending all the zeny you make in new gear, and after that, you'll make more money just spend in other gears, and you'll never be satisfied until you drop your Fenrir Card, which you will wonder for days and days if you should sell it or keep it. Not so sure about the card, but Fenrir is a keeper, though.

Oh... I forgot... save money for your elvira cards. You'll need 2 in the future, but they're quite expensive now. And you'll need nice accessories to put them in when you get them. They're an absolute must for warlocks.

I just succeeded in making my +10 TSoD with my Master Smith! Done right in the second try. Now it's time to stock on SGAs and Silvervines to enchant this beauty...

This actually...I mean INT will help you to get instant cast with stats, give you a chunk of MATK and also, INT plays as a variable on SE formula (not as big as on the sorcerer spells because just adds to the initial modifier, but still having high INT will let you hit harder specifically on that spell. (wich is possibly your best bet to do instances and stuff)

lol don't buy ninja scroll for 35m. take a look at the history in ragial and you'll see that it usually sells for 16-20M.

I bought mine for 8M, but that was a loooooooooooooong time ago. Buy these low bonus staff last. For 15 M it's worth, for more than that only if you don't have anything better to buy.
Now excuse me, I'll hijack your topic for a while. What are the negative points in using a Pendant of Maelstorm? I've made one some time ago for selling, but decided to keep it for my next elvira card, since RWC is luck based and I may end up using more than 1 bi to get perfect enchants. I tested it yesterday, though I admit I didn't do it intensively, and it seems that little red mark that appears randomly (Maelstorm) doesn't affect my spells.
Are there any drawbacks in using Pendant of Maelstorm with Elvira Card?

Yuo cant put SW on Maelstrom, so maybe if the duration is long enough or in a bad moment you could get in troubles
