I was actually hoping that their concept for Soul Reaper's appearance is not yet final but ALAS!

Sucks to know that these advanced classes aren't considered 3rd jobs but only add to the "bastard list" of classes of RO. I would rather have them as transcendent classes instead and have Gravity develop the official 3rd classes  for the Taekwon branch but Gravity will be Gravity.

the sad part is , expanded class will always be expanded, they will never be on par with 3rd classes.

 

cause after this, Gravity will buff 3rd classes again with something called "Awakening mode".

Some decent weapons of Star Emperor have been implemented in server already such as Illusion Apocalypse or Illusion Tablet.

Please note even they will be updated in KRO Sakray tomorrow. Some of their features are incomplete. Their sprite are incomplete and will don't have any motion when casting certain skills.
Some of their skills also have no visual effect yet.
Official job change quests are currently unavailable. Temporary quest will be used until official quest is complete.

They should able to equip modified boots since they're classified as same as Rebellion, Kagerou and Oboro.

Star Emperor

 

Record of Solar, Lunar, and Stellar

reformat maps and monsters designated by solar, lunar, and stellar power.

LV 1 - reset map aligments.

Lv 2 - reset monster alignments.

Lv 3 - reset all.

 

Purification of Solar, Lunar, and Stellar

reduces the penalty caused by SLS shadow.

Lv 1 - reduces 50% penalty.

 

Solar Stance

while the skill is active, you are able to use sun skills and your atk will be increased.

Lv 1 -  Atk + 3%

Lv 2 -  Atk + 4%

Lv 3 -  Atk + 5%

 

Blazing Kick

a kick technique that attacks surrounding target with a red flame,

the additional splash damage by 100% physical attack further spread damage up to 7x7.

after Blazing Kick, you are able to use Exploding Sun.

Lv 1 - 200% range 3 x 3

Lv 2 - 250% range 3 x 3

Lv 3 - 300% range 3 x 3

Lv 4 - 350% range 3 x 3

Lv 5 - 400% range 3 x 3

Lv 6 - 450% range 3 x 3

Exploding Sun

explodes the energy of sun and damages nearby objects.

Lv 5 - 1400% range 5 x 5

Lv 2 - 800% range 7 x 7

Lv 3 - 900% range 7 x 7

Full Moon Kick

immediately releases the hiding status, inflicts damage to nearby targets and put them under [Blind] status.

up to 5 [Star Mark] can be used at same time.

Lv 3 - 100% / star mark duration 6 seconds

Lv 4 - 100% / star mark duration 7 seconds

Lv 5 - 100% / star mark duration 8 seconds

Meteor Fall

during a physical attack for a certain amount of time, the enemy marked with [Star Mark] will get be attacked by Meteor Fall.

A fallen meteor will cause nearby physical damage to the target and its surroundings.

Lv 1 - 200% range 5 x 5

Lv 2 - 300% range 5 x 5

Lv 3 - 400% range 5 x 5

Lv 4 - 500% range 5 x 5

Lv 5 - 600% range 5 x 5

Lv 3 -  All Stat + 5

 

Gravity Control

adjusts the gravity of target and floats them in air.

the affected enemies in the air cannot atk or move and when they drop, target receives Neutral property damage.

but if you use again to the affected target in the air, they will land safely.

Lv 1 - Falling damage determined by the physical attack of Caster and the amount of Target.

 

Advent of Star Emperor

Instantly emit all the power of Star Emperor to surrounding enemies.

Lv 1 - 1000% range 7 x 7

Lv 2 - 1200% range 7 x 7

Lv 3 - 1400% range 7 x 7

Lv 4 - 1600% range 7 x 7

Lv 5 - 1800% range 7 x 7

 

Recreation Power

the power of universe creates a gravitational star that causes slow towards humans around that star.

reduces the speed of movement by 90% with damage to nearby targets every half of second.

Lv 1 - duration 6 secs / range 5 x 5 / attack 12 times.

Lv 2 - duration 7 secs / range 5 x 5 / attack 14 times.

Lv 3 - duration 8 secs / range 5 x 5 / attack 16 times.

Lv 4 - duration 9 secs / range 5 x 5 / attack 18 times.

Lv 5 - duration 10 secs / range 5 x 5 / attack 20 times.

 

Supernova

star emperor who has mastered all the knowledge and power of the universe, can use all his powers to destroy everything.

it deals powerful neutral property damage towards target that cannot be reduced by any effects.

in return caster cannot use skill for 2 seconds.

Lv 1 - 300% skill cooldown 20 secs

Lv 2 - 400% skill cooldown 20 secs

Lv 3 - 500% skill cooldown 20 secs

Lv 4 - 600% skill cooldown 20 secs

Lv 5 - 700% skill cooldown 20 secs

 

Standing In Universe

By borrowing the power of another dimension, it becomes possible to utilize the power of universe more effectively 

for a certain amount of time.

with [Supernova] : disables supernova cooldown and penalty after use.

with [Advent of Star Emperor] : creates 2 defensive spheres that equal with caster MAXSP for 30 seconds.

Lv 1 - Duration 60 seconds

Lv 2 - Duration 60 seconds

Lv 3 - Duration 60 seconds

Lv 4 - Duration 60 seconds

Lv 5 - Duration 60 seconds

At least, SRs now have PVP skills to attack/kill with tho I think it'd still be best to remove the PVP/WoE only and PVM only restrictions to all their skills starting from SLs. (And allow them to use Flying Kick coz it's odd that Rogue classes who are not from the Taekwon branch can copy and use it while SLs can't xD). It's kinda unfair tho that SE and SR are only given 50 job levels by default instead of 70 job levels to make up for not undergoing transcendence (Ninjas and Gunslingers enjoyed the 70 job levels, too).

they only have 3 PVP skills, one is debuff to increase enemy's cast delay by 50%

one is aoe skill with damage like 2500% when the target is cursed, other one is inflicts based on 70% of enemy's max hp.

( so if you able to make enemy hp is 69% or lower than that, the skill will instantly kill them )

I think the percentage is dependent on the enemy's remaining hp or is it really max hp?

thats for Spirit Explosion skill, basically SR can use spirit buff to their enemy then make it explodes

 

also it seems Spirit and Soul Link is not same, you cant get 2 Spirit buffs, you cant get 2 Soul Link buffs, 

but you can get 1 spirit, 1 soul link buff.

Very much like the rest of the 175 3rd Jobs (who used to be 150/50). The point is, SE and SR ought to be 150/70 (or 175/80). But they're just expanded classes so why should Gravity care? haha!

i dont know, Soul Reaper kinda lack of PvP skill. 

 

they dont have burst damage skill , aside from that 70% hp skill 

and we dont know about that skill, is it using cooldown or cast delay, is it using fixed variable , etc

i got all hyped  when i see dem skills,tho knowing we aint gettin it anytime soon killed the hype for me...
