I can confirm the screenshots are working...

I can't confirm this. I just did several tests with multiple resolutions (including FullScreen and Windowed mode) on Windows 7 and Windows 10 and had not any problem.

 

Please know that there can be taken only 1 screenshot every 2 seconds. This has been implemented to prevent the PrtSc/Screenshot abuse. The players who used it will be familiar with it - for the others, it just removed another exploit.

 

If you really have problems with taking any screenshot, please give me more informations:

 

- Which OS are you using?

- Which resolution has your desktop/game?

- Fullscreen or Windowed mode?

- Do you use a keyboard which needs a specific driver (macro/gamer keyboards like Logitech, Razer, etc.)?

- Are you running the game over steam?

I can confirm the screen shots are working when searching through your computer in the appropriate folders. But the thing that I can confirm not working atm is taking a screen shot then pasting it onto paint or any other editing software. I can print any screen other than dragon saga and paste it onto paint.

This is right, the pasting ability was not game-implemented, it is a feature that Windows/DirectX can provide. This functionality has been temporary removed because exactly this caused the possibility of abusing the screenshot function.

 

I am currently working on-reimplementing this feature and it will we subject of one of the next updates. For the time being simply open the screenshot from your Documents/Dragon Saga/Screenshots folder directly.

Alright then, I'll try to re-download the update tomorrow and see what happens.

Right now, nothing happens, and if I hold the key, my game freezes untill I release the key.

Thank God I always make a backup of the previous client version before updating.

I've just tried to take a screenshoot and for some reasons, it seems to working fine.

I didn't do anything except openning the game as usual. I hope I won't encounter the issue whenever something important happens.
